Designed to host up to six guests, it’s the perfect alpine getaway for families, couples, or small groups seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Guests often take the gondola (5-7 min ride) directly to Main St. Guests have direct access to the Colorado SuperChair, Rocky Mountain SuperChair, and BreckConnect Gondola (Station)). All within a minute of walking time.
Guest access
Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley.
Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.
Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace, perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
