PARFAIT POUR LA FIN D'ÉTÉ !!! Ce magnifique condo Breckenridge mis à jour est situé à un pâté de maisons de Main St et à environ 250 mètres de la base de Peak 9 et de l’ascenseur de Quicksilver. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des planchers chauffants en ardoise, une cuisinière en acier inoxydable, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur complet. Le bâtiment propose un garage souterrain chauffé, des bains à remous intérieurs et un sauna à vapeur. Vous aurez également accès à la piscine extérieure chauffée et aux bains à remous de l'Upper Village. Il y a un foyer au bois rustique avec du bois coupé fourni dans le garage.

L'espace:
*** L'ascenseur de l'immeuble sera hors service pour réparation à compter du 9 septembre jusqu'à la mi-novembre. Le condo ne sera accessible que par des escaliers. Les bagages devront être déposés à la porte d'entrée avant d'entrer dans le garage. Des tarifs réduits pour refléter ce désagrément. ***

Nous sommes situés au bas de la séquence de peau Four O'Clock; moins de 250 verges du Quicksilver Superchair et deux pâtés de maisons de la télécabine jusqu'au sommet 7 et 8. C'est juste une promenade rapide à la chaise de flocon de neige. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l'unité pour vous emmener autour de Breckenridge, Keystone et Copper Mountain - TOUT GRATUITEMENT! Ski / location de vélos sont dans la rue. Et le dernier mais non le moindre, Main St. (centre-ville) est un pâté de maisons et c'est une promenade très facile à explorer la ville.

Ski Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! Very close to Peak 9 (5 minute walk) which was ideal for skiing. Also a 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants, so overall a wonderful find in Breckenridge.

My son and I had a great time in Breckenridge. The condo was exactly as described. Spotless and very well equipped. Perfect location for exploring downtown or heading out to all the nearby hiking trails. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge. This place has everything you could ask for. We were in walking distance to Main St. so we never moved are vehicle from the parking spot. Would highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Breckenridge

Great location within easy walking distance of Main St. in Breckenridge as well as the gondola that services the Peak 8 area. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Chad goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provided excellent communication throughout the rental process. Would stay here again when visiting the Breckenridge area.

Great Location for Skiing and Walking Downtown

Our group consisted of 2 couples, and the place was perfectly sized for our trip. The location is directly across from a shuttle stop if you're wanting to go to a further peak for skiing, or you can walk to the closest lift no problem. The condo was clean. We didn't spend too much time in the condo since we were skiing and wandering the town for most of our trip, but it was perfect for our stay.

Best sleep away from home!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was superb, offering easy access to the slopes and breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, some of the best sleep I've had! The attention to detail in the condo's design and cleanliness was impressive. The host was also very accommodating and responsive. Overall, it was a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend

We had a great time at this condo! The location is great and we were able to walk everywhere. We never took our car out of the garage! Our kids are 5 and 7, so the guest bedroom was perfect for them. Our 5 year old slept on the hide-a-bed and I’d say up to a 7 year old could fit on it. Again, perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked and we didn’t even need to go out and get paper towels, etc. We highly recommend staying here!

roomy and relaxing

After a few days of hiking in the Rockies, our family of 4 was looking for a place to spread out, relax, (and recover!) and enjoy the town at our own pace, and this condo is perfect. Beautiful, roomy, spotless, secure, and SO many amenities that we have not had included with other rentals including cozy blankets, coffee, and laundry soap, toiletries, etc. So close to town and activities, we did not move the car for 3 days after we parked for the rental. Don't hesitate to book this one :)

Beautiful place in a great location

Very nicely furnished place in a nice location close to bus to slopes and short walk to town. Unfortunately, bedding arrangements were not what was pictured . We were expecting bunk beds with a trundle and when we arrived we only had a queen bed. This was biggest issue. Everything else was nicely appointed and had plenty of supplies and amenities.

Hot tub was cold pullout couch was broke only one kitchen towel cooking pans need updated coffee cups were so cheap they didnt hold heat for more than a few minutes location was good and we got there a few minutes early so the front door wouldnt open until 4 the property owner was very prompt on getting back with me to explain that we would have to wait till 4

Beautiful condo in perfect location with a great host!!

This place was so welcoming with lots of above and beyond amenities. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace AND wood was provided! There was a great balcony view of the mountains too! The space was perfect for my husband and I with 2 adult children. The 3 beds in one room and two couches in living room gave us lots of space to spread out. Location is amazing! It is right across the street from F parking lot, which is stop on a free bus route that can take you anywhere you need to go. We took the easy short walk to Quicksilver Lift and Beaver Run chair. Great location for everything in town. Main St. was a one block walk and we walked there every night. We would certainly stay again! Chad was a very responsive host and sent us all the checkin instructions ahead of time and made the experience very simple and easy.

Wonderful Vacation and Stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Breckenridge! The location was perfect for skiing and walking to town. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and even mailed us back a jacket we left behind. We highly recommend this condo for a great vacation in Breckenridge!

Incredible rental

We completely fell in love with this property! The decor was beautiful and thoughtful (very well stocked kitchen); the location was perfect (never had to take our car out of the underground garage); and the hosts were the best (great communication, genuinely cared about our experience and lots of great recommendations of the area). Hands down one of our favorite trips to CO! Thank you Chad and Kimberly for opening up your home to us!

I must address the check in first….. we flew into Denver, drove in and arrived at 1.30, the cleaning service was there, so we left our bags in the car, and ate lunch, we returned thinking since it was clean already we could get into the apartment, but the code would not work until 4 PM, not 3. 58 not 3 . 59 but 4 PM! We had to be out by 10 AM on the day we were leaving which I think is way earlier than a hotel expects you to leave. The apartment is well located on the third floor, with a small balcony with a nice view of the trees, and it was very clean. The apartment is well furnished , good linens well stocked kitchen. Provided was paper towel , dishwashing soap , and soap for the washing machine and dryer sheets. The bathrooms were well stocked with large containers of soap shower gel etc. The hairdryer provided was good and in all, it was a well-kept very nice apartment. Varies heating in the apartment but we were there in the summer time and we had to keep all the windows and doors open. No air-conditioning but fans provided. The master bedroom had a king size bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom had a queen size bed with a rollaway bed underneath. And the living room had a pull out couch, all with ample linens.

Great Condo Near Everything!

This property is all around great. It was super clean! The check in process was easy and the hosts even let us check in an hour early since the condo was ready. ( the hosts replied promptly to our email messages). The location of the property was excellent! Was within walking distance to the ski lifts and to Main Street and all the major shops. The only suggestion I have would be to update the virtual tour on the website as the one bedroom was not a twin over double but a queen. Another great asset of the property was the in condo washer and dryer.! Drying the gloves, hats and ski equipment was a great help! Over all the stay was wonderful!!!

Perfect summer location!

This listing was just as described. Well appointed condo. The location can’t be beat for a summer visit. Restaurants and shops are just across the street. Easy access to all local outdoor activities. Our family of 4 (including two teenagers) had a fantastic trip!

My wife and I live in Dallas, but have vacationed in Breckenridge for almost 20 years. The skiing and boarding is some of the best in the country!! When possible, I love to take advantage of all of the wonderful restaurants and outdoor activities that Breck has to offer as well!

As a host, I try to be as accessible and respectful to my guests as possible. If asked, I am happy to provide local tips on what to do and see in Breckenridge!
