Welcome to your home away from home! Our newly renovated 4-bed, 2.5-bath single-story retreat is perfectly situated just 10-15 minutes from San Diego’s top attractions – Downtown, Gaslamp, Beaches, Zoo, etc.
Step inside to a modern open-concept design that fully connects the gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, and game room. The expansive backyard oasis features a putting green, fire pit, BBQ, games, and covered dining and lounge areas – perfect for family fun and entertaining.
This home is used by our family and is meticulously cared for. We recently renovated and modernized the interior of the home and built a backyard specifically for relaxing and entertaining.
LOCATION
Our home is centrally located just off the 163 freeway, in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is ~15 mins from most attractions/destinations:
• Zoo + Balboa Park and Museums
• Gaslamp Quarter
• Little Italy
• Petco Park
• Beaches: Mission Beach/Bay, Pacific Beach, La Jolla Shores, Ocean Beach
• Sea World
• Golf Courses (Torrey Pines)

• Fully stocked kitchen with tableware, glassware, cookware, and anything else you need to cook and entertain indoors and outdoors
• Olive oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices
• Keurig mini coffee machine - coffee pods and creamer provided
• Standard drip coffee machine - coffee filters provided (pre-ground coffee only since we don’t have a coffee grinder)
• Electric kettle/water heater

• Bedroom 1 (primary): King bed w/private en suite bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, 50" smart TV, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 2: King bed, electric standing desk and chair/work station, closet, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet, room darkening shades
• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top w/250lb weight limit), room darkening shades
BATHROOMS: All essentials provided - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, make-up towels

• Plenty of free street parking right in front of the home
• 1 car can be parked on the driveway as long as it does not block the sidewalk

Our neighborhood is quiet with welcoming neighbors and a great sense of community. Its also very safe which is our top priority since we have young children, and 10-15 minutes from many attractions

Our home is central to all the top attractions and in a quiet, safe, and welcoming neighborhood which is difficult to find. Downtown, zoo, beaches, sea world, shopping are all 10-15 minutes away. We also recently renovated the interior of the home and finished the backyard with a lot of fun amenities including a putting green and fire pit.
