Summer at Taylor's Townhome ON THE BAY+a/c+parking

Idéal pour les réunions de famille. Ce confortable condo de 4 chambres / 3 salles de bain avec vue panoramique sur la baie est juste sur Sail Bay et à seulement un pùté de maisons et demi de l'océan Pacifique à Mission Beach. Le sable et la promenade sont juste en dessous de vous. Il suffit de descendre et vos orteils sont dans le sable! L'avant est tout en verre sur les deux niveaux avec un long balcon et un barbecue juste à cÎté du salon.

Au premier niveau (un étage plus haut que le sable), la combinaison salon-salle à manger offre une vue fantastique sur la baie, tout comme la cuisine ouverte de style californien récemment rénovée avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir et de rangement. Notez que l'espace commun est plus petit pour le nombre d'invités que l'unité peut contenir, mais il est confortable et accueillant! Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits jumeaux et un bureau et une salle de bain avec douche. Nous avons installé une laveuse / sécheuse superposée à chargement frontal pleine grandeur juste à cÎté de la cuisine, pour votre commodité.

DĂ©tails du condo au bord de la baie: Au deuxiĂšme niveau (deux Ă©tages du sable) se trouve une chambre principale avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, un haut plafond en bois Ă  poutres apparentes et un lit king-size confortable. La deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen et la troisiĂšme chambre a des lits superposĂ©s avec un lit double en bas et simple en haut. Toutes les chambres ont de hauts plafonds Ă  poutres apparentes et l'une a mĂȘme un pic de l'ocĂ©an.

Le condo est entiÚrement meublé avec des draps de haute qualité, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec un four à micro-ondes sous l'armoire, une cuisiniÚre électrique et une plaque de cuisson, un réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle, l'élimination des ordures, l'éclairage sous l'armoire, etc., et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de dßners en famille à la maison! Grande télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD / CD, Internet par cùble avec WiFi, téléphone. Lecteur stéréo / CD stéréo dans la chambre principale également. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et des jouets de sable pour les enfants.

Le parking est un seul abri de voiture (traitera deux petites voitures en tandem) avec un parking public gratuit supplémentaire pendant la nuit à 3 minutes à pied de la rue El Carmel. DEMANDEZ-NOUS si cet appareil est AC!

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The nicely updated townhouse was just the right size for our party of 8. All the beds were very comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great and centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed walks on both the bayside and the oceanside. We would be happy to stay again!

Amazing Location!

Taylors townhouse was amazing! We were a large family group and there was space for everyone. The views of Mission Bay from the townhouse are spectacular. Great restaurants within walking distance. Our granddaughters loved the beaches. Check-in was easy and communication with the rental company was great. We are already planning to return soon.

Loved being close to the bay and beach and so convenient for renting water sports gear!

The unit was well outfitted with kitchen supplies, and towels. Dishwasher and washing machine and dryer were a big bonus. Stairway carpeting up to the second level could be replaced.

Fantastic location and views!

We rented this location for a long weekend family getaway. There were eight of us and there we never felt crowded. Having 3 full bathrooms was really convenient. I called the day of my arrival to ask about an early check in and they were very accommodating (Thank you Angelina for your help!). Kitchen was adequately stocked with common items. My family all said they would stay here again.

Bay front condo

the unit itself was great - 4 full bedrooms and 3 baths worked well for our family of 8 adults and a toddler. Unfortunately, the location on the bay is a non swimming, storm drain area. I felt this should have been disclosed. It was not a problem to walk to a safe area, or to the ocean, but I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time. The only other drawback was the electric barbecue. A George Foreman grill is not sufficient when cooking for 9 people. Towels and supplies were terrific.

The location of this home was amazing -- great access to both the bay and the beach. However, summer camp was in session on the bayside every morning - with loud, excited children. The home was sufficient - it had everything necessary. The pictures looked way better than the actual aesthetic. Broken kitchen cabinets, dirty windows, clogged plumbing, and not very comfortable beds did not make for an amazing stay. The management was very attentive to all needs, though didn't have a solution to a car parked in the only parking spot for about 6 hours, and could not resolve a plumbing issue for our last day 30 hours of our rental. For the money - this house could benefit from a quick refreshing - updates, and clean windows.

Cramped & dirty.

This property is obviously meant for the party crowd instead of a family. The living area was cramped, & the oversized table took up way too much room . We had 4 adults and 2 under 17 years old. If we had added another 3 people, which the house advertises, it would have been unbearable. Mold in the bathroom and stains & tears on the carpet stairs added to our displeasure. The outside garbage area was overflowing and unavoidable on our way out of the condo. On a positive note, the management quickly responded to a sink clogged with food (from the previous renters) and the water was hot. We would not recommend this property to anyone over the age of 25.

Favorite place in San Diego!

This was our favorite place that we've stayed in San Diego. Perfect location, close to so many places to eat! We rented bikes and enjoyed going to the front of the unit, getting on the bike path, and enjoying the view! Speaking of view, the view from the living area and the master bedroom was amazing! We all had our own full bathroom. Everything was updated with beautiful art and furnishings. Extremely clean! We will make this our go to place the next time our whole family comes to San Diego!

Bayside Lovely

I stayed here with 6 other family members. Everyone gathered for a for a wedding at a venue close bay. The property was as advertised, very clean and the decor was beautiful. There was a problem with one of the sinks but The mangers of the property were quick to start the repair and even when it required a special part, they were respectful of our needs and worked with us to make sure it did not interrupt our stay. Location could not be better. Close to so many things and the bay side view was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice place for family

Location was nice. Property was nice. A few flaws here and there which was fine. Everything was functional. The cooking items could use an update. The pans were a little rusted. The views were really nice and the kids loved playing in the sandy areas. Location was great to get to the zoo and sea world. Was overall a great stay.

Policies & What to Expect

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

☀ Holiday 2025 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 20-January 3). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

☀ Summer 2025 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2025, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.

After booking:
We manage properties on behalf of our owners. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. This agreement reviews our terms and conditions, house rules and policies, and what to expect of your stay. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed, payment has been made, and the guest has connected with one of our guest services agents.

In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The Verify Hub service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

Property Responsibilities:
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management, Replacement of keys/fobs/remotes, and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

Many buildings are also managed by HOAs who will fine guests for misconduct.

Noise:
This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Starter Kit/Guest Essentials:
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and co2/fire detectors.
