Welcome to our prime location condo with stunning bay views! The large windows in the living/dining area offer exceptional sit down vistas of the bay. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms all have two queen sized beds. There is a full size washer and dryer in bedroom three. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds (trundle) perfect for the kids. There are two full bathrooms, one in hallway and one in master bedroom. Everyone will have ample space and convenience.

Our condo is ideally situated just a few steps away from the bay and park, making it an ideal choice for families. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy nightly fireworks provided by Sea World, adding a touch of magic to your evenings!

For relaxation and adventure, take a short stroll on the boardwalk to the Catamaran Hotel, where you can indulge in a spa treatment or rent bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, you'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby.

To make your beach experience even better, we provide boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys. And when it's time to fire up the grill, we've got you covered with a BBQ. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Amazing Property

The location was amazing - right on the bay. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Home was large - we had 7 in our group and we had plenty of space. Parking for 2 cars was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal Location on Mission Bay

This condo has it all - amazing views, right on the beach bay-side, close to all the main attractions in San Diego. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon!

10 days of beautiful relaxation!

Shannon, the property manager, was very easy to work with! She was well organized, supportive, caring, and was there to meet whatever needs we had. We are pleased enough with our stay that we have done so for over the past 6 to 7 years. One recommendation we would have for safety is to put grab bars and nonslip mats in each of the tubs for the condo.

Amazing Bayside Property

We had the best time staying here! We stayed here the few days before my wedding with all my bridesmaids. There were 9 of us total and we had plenty of room. The views were spectacular and the property was extremely well taken care of. There is no AC but the host provided fans for each of the room. We absolutely loved staying here, thank you for having us!

Stunning, clean, roomy, 5 Stars

This place on Mission Bay was everything we expected and more. Great location! Great space in bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and private and shared outdoor areas. The 12 of us were comfortable and could have our own space plus had multiple areas to gather. I would definitely stay her again! Thank you to Shannon and her cleaning crew who went over and beyond for us!

Bay & Boardwalk View - Always Something Going By

A very relaxing stay. Lots of room in the unit. We took many long walks on the bay shoreline path before sunrise and always felt safe.

Excellent location on the Bay

Excellent location on the bay with plenty of room for the advertised 12 people. We had 8 adults and 4 kids (age 5-12) and we all had a great time. The sand and beach toys made available to us added an extra level of enjoyment.

Perfect 9 night stay on Mission Bay

I just finished a 9 night stay with my adult children and grandchildren. It could not have been nicer. This unit is on the 3rd floor which gives a fantastic view of the bay and the boardwalk. The unit is large so everyone had their own space I like to walk before dawn and being able to step right out onto the boardwalk and the bay was very enjoyable.

Great Stay Traveling With Little Ones.

Shannon was an amazing host! Went above and beyond for our family. Our children and grandchildren had an amazing vacation. The beach access was perfect ! No need to pack sand toys or beach chairs, it is all available on property. We will book again!

Beach vacation

The condo was perfect for my large family of 14 (grandparents, siblings, spouses and kinds. The beach was perfect and grilling on the patio was excellent. The accommodations were just as expected and we would definitely recommend this to friends. We hope to come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your place

Easy access

We found the location easy to get to from every direction. We visited every where from Solana Beach to Point Loma with no delays. Very nice, comfortable property. Only challenge wS parking, when lot was full.

Great beachfront location

You can get any closer to the beach than with this property. Its on the bay so its great for small kids who arent ready for the waves of the ocean side just yet. There are a handful of restaurants and stores about a 5 minute walk away that were all great. Fred the property manager is easy to work with and is quick to respond if you have any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful bay getaway

We had so much fun staying at this beautiful condo right on the bay. We loved waking up and looking out and the water and our daily walks around the bay. Such a perfect spot! Can’t wait to come back!

Condo

Great location - close to all of our attractions and spacious for our group. Beds were comfy, and we appreciated the fans provided. I wish there was a TV in the main bedroom though! The livng room TV was close to the 2nd bedroom, which only had an accordion door. The TV was too close to the person in the 2nd bedroom.

Perfect location with functional space with amazing view

This was a low stress, highly functional space for a family. Lots of room for people to have their own space, but also has a great gathering space. The view and beach access was amazing and wonderful for the kids. Everything was clean and all amenities provided. Check in was exactly as described. Thank you- we will be back!
