3. No excessive noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Fines start at $1,000 for failing to comply.
4. No pets allowed of any kind. Fines start at $350 for failing to comply.
5. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. Head count on the property is not to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at property (12).
6. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
8. Late checkouts will result in $100 fine per hour past scheduled checkout time unless pre-approved by host.
