Nestled in a prime Pacific Beach location, our home offers the perfect balance of fun and tranquility. You're just a short stroll from the calm waters of Mission Bay and the vibrant energy of the Pacific Beach boardwalk, pier, and sandy shores. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and filled with local gems.
You will have private access to the entire three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse. This includes a private garage and an additional dedicated alley parking spotâa rare and convenient find in Pacific Beach.
Step into a bright, open-concept living and dining area where you can relax on the comfortable sofa, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or gather around the cozy indoor gas fireplace on a cool evening. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and dark granite countertops, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. From the living area, slide open the doors to a large private balcony with comfy seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grillâperfect for enjoying a glass of wine with friends and family by the fire.
This home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate your entire group, including your furry friends, as we are a pet-friendly property! We have a fenced in side yard with turf with access via the ground floor. A dedicated workspace is also available for those mixing work with pleasure. A central heat and air conditioning system makes it comfortable for guests all year round.

-Primary Suite (2nd Floor): A true retreat with a luxury mattress, plush bedding, a calming wave wall mural, and an ensuite full bathroom.
-King Bedroom (1st Floor): A comfortable and serene space to unwind.
-Bunk Room (1st Floor): Perfect for kids or friends, this room features four twin beds.

1st Floor: Entrance, twin bunk room (4 twin beds), king bedroom, full bathroom, garage access (with washer/dryer and beach supplies).
2nd Floor: Main living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom, balcony, and the primary suite with its ensuite full bathroom.
