This charming, furnished one-bedroom apartment is a unique Hollywood home with character, comfort, and plenty of personality. The street-front unit features artsy mid-century modern decor, a spacious bedroom and bathroom, a private fenced front yard, and an abundance of windows that create a bright, inviting, nature-filled atmosphere while blackout curtains provide privacy and restful relaxation.

Located on the southern side of central Hollywood near the Theater District, the apartment puts you close to Theater Row, Melrose Avenue, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, studios, nightlife, and many of LA's iconic attractions—while still being tucked into a quieter residential setting away from the busiest tourist streets.

Comfortable for Longer Stays

The apartment is especially well suited for solo travelers, couples, creatives, remote workers, and anyone looking for a furnished Hollywood home for a longer stay. The space is best suited for 1–2 guests, particularly for stays of a month or longer.

The bedroom features a plush, comfortable Queen bed with a mattress topper and a beautiful vintage antique-brass bed frame. There is also a second TV (on a rolling cart) that can be rolled out from the bedroom closet for watching movies or shows from bed.

For additional sleeping space, the living room can accommodate a full-size 3" mattress pad placed over the couch/ottoman setup. This can accommodate up to 3 guests, although the apartment is most comfortable for 2 or fewer guests.

Out of consideration for the upstairs neighbors, the apartment is not ideal for infants or young children.

Bright, Comfortable & Private

The apartment has window AC units in both the bedroom and living room, a freestanding fan, and a wall heater that comfortably warms the apartment. The bathroom also has its own Thermador heater for added comfort during cooler weather.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for cooking, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen basics. You'll also find thoughtful extras such as coffee, tea, condiments, and basic pantry staples.

A Brita water pitcher is provided in the refrigerator, with replacement filters available in the cupboard.

I've also added a compact countertop dishwasher, which can be used for dishes as well as washing fruits and vegetables. It's simple to operate and instructions are provided.

Work & Entertainment

The living room features a 55" Roku Smart TV. You can use the built-in streaming apps, cast from your device, or connect a laptop or iPad using the included HDMI cable.

A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make the apartment convenient for remote work, creative projects, or simply staying connected while you're in LA.

Laundry

For convenience, a small portable washing machine and drying rack are provided in the apartment for smaller loads. The washing machine has a spin cycle that removes most of the water from clothing before drying.

For larger loads, a laundromat is located approximately 3–4 blocks away and offers quick, convenient service.
