This gorgeous , luxurious remodel one bedroom, full dresser, two nightstands, TV in bedroom and living room, extra large closet with one bathroom has everything you need and more. Please wipe down glass shower door to help keep it sparkling and help prevent lime build up. Bathroom has heater in ceiling for chilly nights. Living room has desk and chair, L shape couch folds out to queen mattress for 4 people. With romantic electric fireplace, TV, cable and fast wifi and big closet in living room. Gourmet, luxurious, galley kitchen has computer area and is fully stocked. Stainless Steel appliances with Gas 5 burner range and oven, Stainless Steel Dishwasher,Stainless Steel Microwave, Stainless Steel fridge and separate plug in ice maker. Tons of dishes, under counter lighting and ceiling recessed lighting. Free cleaning supplies etc. Table and four chairs with tablecloths, etc. Professionally decorated with art and luxury items. This is a quiet, niche area. Great neighborhood to walk or bike or walk your dog. This is great for corporate work or vacation or in town to work or a family and students, nurses, Drs, actors, etc. Large shared backyard with table, umbrella and chairs with BBQ to hang out. Surrounded in green trees with one lemon tree and one orange tree. Yoga mats inside rental and beach towels. We have lounge chairs in the garage with free laundry. Bike storage available.

a great spot to stay!

This is a great spot. It's newly remodeled, very clean, comfortable furniture, sweet back yard with an orange tree to sit in and barbecue. It's in a lovely neighborhood and close to the freeway. The hosts are very responsive to any and all needs and questions you may have. I highly recommend staying here when you're in LA.

Lovely, Spacious APT in the heart of WLA

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at this lovely remodeled, bright, clean and spacious 1 Bd., 1 ba. apartment . We enjoyed the dining area and the full kitchen surrounded by counter tops and cabinets galore. It is a delight to cook in such a well stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. Kathy, our host could not have been more kind and responsive! She even sent me a kitchen gift knowing how much I love to cook when I moved in! The owners were equally responsive and available.We loved the location - the tree lined residential street with plenty of parking, the diversified fine restaurants within walking distance and the world class UCLA Medical Center close by. Also the fact that the Disaster Recovery Center was just around the corner made it an ideal place for us to stay because we had to go there almost daily after our home was lost due to the Palisades fire in January. All in all we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

As our lovely, responsive hostess, Kathy Brown aptly describes this property, "It is location, location, location"! Even though it is in the heart of WLA, it is in a very residential area with plenty of street parking. Close to everywhere and walking distance to all the area's diversified fine dining restaurants and UCLA Medical Center - it is where we need to be. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, with a fine kitchen and is spacious.

Beautifully remodeled property in West LA!

We loved our stay at this property and actually extended our original month long booking twice. The house is fully renovated, beautifully furnished, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed walks around the quiet neighborhood and we regularly used the shared grill and yard space. The hosts are incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this property for a vacation or extended stay!
