The living room is bright, welcoming, and full of character, offering a comfortable space to relax, gather, and enjoy quality time together. With plush seating, a Smart TV, and natural light streaming in, itâs perfect for lounging, conversations, or capturing a few memorable photos.

The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and everything you need to cook at home. Whether you're preparing a full family meal or simply warming up leftovers, this space is set up to make it easy and enjoyable.

Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
đ§ł Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.
đïž Noise Notice:
Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
đ§âđ§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
đ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
đ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
âïž Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.
