Very comfortable. Beds and linens top notch. Excellent location for dining, shopping, roof tops. We were on girls trip! We walked everywhere. Felt very safe. Excellent communicator. Porch was great spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Would stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes, cookware and modern appliances. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean.

We truly enjoyed the property and the location provided easy access to all of the local attractions! It was clean and the owners were easily accessible and checked on us throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues or needs during our stay, which is rare at a vacation rental. I highly recommend and will stay again when I visit the city.

Could be a beautiful place had we not made multiple attempts to request maintenance to fix a shower that didn’t work, a sink that wouldn’t drain and limited wifi. We were completely neglected by these requests. Additionally, several long black hairs were found in the bathroom sinks, bedding, bathroom floors and one even on the kitchen counter. The kitchen was filthy including the microwave. Ear plugs and bug spray were sitting in a dish with coffee creamer? Due to many unacceptable conditions, We needed to prioritize our complaints, however, what was reported was ignored.

There were 10 ladies celebrating our 60th birthdays. The home accommodated all 10 of us very well. It was very well laid out and the large outside deck was wonderful for drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need such as coffee cups, bottle openers etc. We took advantage of the pool to cool off a couple of days and there is a market at the end of the block for last minute essentials. King Street/downtown was a short cab ride from the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend renting at The Palms.

It was as it was advertised. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for the six of us to hang either or inside our outside. The kitchen was equipped nicely, though we only cooked breakfast twice. The pool was nice and warm and the chairs were comfortable. We would definitely book this again.

Beautiful Place

Went with family to prepare for a wedding in the summer. Loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The communication with the property manager was quick and easy and the place was spotless. We wished the weather would have been a little better so we could have enjoyed the balcony and pool!

Awesome stay and location

We Truly enjoyed our stay in Charleston and mostly because of how great this place was. The location was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We only had a couple issues while we were there, and management was responsive. The ceiling fan stopped working in the back bedroom and one of the shower drains wasn't working correctly. Other than that, it was very convenient to everything and worked out great for our crew. We would definitely stay again if in Charleston.

Such an awesome place! We were only upset that we stayed there one night and not more! Love all the bathrooms in each bedroom. Plenty of space for more as we only had 6. But was so nice to all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Great place, would stay again in a heartbeat!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. House was clean, everyone had a bed and bath. Only downside was the noise below us. They brought a dog and it was barking most of the evening. I contacted our host and it resolved the problem. I definitely recommend this prooerty.

Wonderful - well oiled machine!

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Charleston! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the main shopping street and so central to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative; I messaged them a couple of times throughout the day, and they always replied right away.The house itself was super clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels and extra amenities for all of our guests. The number of bathrooms compared to bedrooms was ideal, which made everything really convenient for our group. And the pool area was such a fun bonus—we spent a lot of time enjoying it!Honestly, I couldn’t leave a better review if I tried. Would absolutely stay here again!

Bedrooms and bathrooms galore!! Perfect for a large group. Great patio space. Location was awesome and safe. Property well maintained inside and out. We didn’t use the pool but other guests did and really enjoyed it even in December. Dog park was pooch perfect for our pups. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs. The only thing missing were wine glasses. Highly recommend this property and management company.

Completely renovated, with pool

Our family of 5 stayed in the upstairs unit. It was perfect! Lots of amenities and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool was a wonderful feature as we could go for a swim to cool off after a day downtown. The neighborhood was a bit further away from downtown then I expected but we had a car and drove with no problem finding parking. It was nice not to have to run out and get supplies for the washer or dishwasher and paper products as they supplied enough for our 4 day stay. I would rent this unit again!
