Great long term stay

I had a great stay in this apartment, very good location close to restaurants and shops, quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished, everything you may need is there. Host is very responsive on the vrbo chat. Highly recommended!

Middletown stay!

Brookes property was so clean and a perfect stay for my friends and I for our 4th of July get away! Would definitely recommend just a short uber away from downtown Newport!

Perfect three nights in the perfect location!

Cute, clean, comfortable! Situated on a quiet street and parking was a breeze. Minutes away from all attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Fit

We attended a wedding in Newport and this guest apartment was a perfect fit for our needs. It was clean and rather spacious for two people, the kitchen was nicely equipped, and we enjoyed sitting at the bistro table on the deck. It was a hot weekend, but the AC kept the unit nice and cool. The location was perfect for all the side trips we wanted to make, and it was easy to get to and from TF Green Airport. We will definitely stay here again if we're coming up to Newport.

Cozy getaway

This place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated, clean, bed /coach is comfy, kitchen has all you need, and is 2-7 min from all attractions- just perfect. I also would like to state the host responds to all promptly and is very attentive. I totally recommend this place & will be back with family/ friends.

The three "C"s cute, cozy, and clean!

Very nice clean and comfortable accommodations. Nicely decorated in beach theme. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was great. A very short drive to the mansions and beaches. Ocean scenic drive and the cliff walk are close by also. There are beach chairs, an insulated bag and beach towels in the closet in the living room and ice packs in the freezer. That was a nice plus and came in handy. The deck off the kitchen is small but works well for sitting and having a drink or reading a book. Overall great experience. We would recommend the apartment to family and friends.

You get what you pay for.

My husband and I traveled to Newport at the tail end of October 2017. We chose this place was reasonably priced. The location is less than ideal - there are so many more attractive neighborhoods in the area I will look into when traveling back in the future. We had a rental car so it certainly was doable but, again, not ideal. It has been unseasonably warm pretty much everywhere so we were unpleasantly surprised that the AC unit had been prematurely put away for the season. To be fair, I did call Brooke about this the first day. She informed me the unit (a window unit) was in a closet in the apartment if we wanted to hook it up. My husband and I didn't feel comfortable doing that. We opened the windows and it was tolerable at night but uncomfortably warm during the days. However, the worst part of the experience was that the bathroom was not clean. The shower didn't drain water and there was grime on the floor. It's possible we caught Brooke in off season and it was just bad luck - but we felt gross in that bathroom. It also caused me to wonder how clean the rest of the apartment was (although we didn't notice anything outside the bathroom). My husband and I made the best of it and spent as little time as we could in the unit but (unfortunately) I wouldn't recommend it - even for the price.

They thought of everything!

They left nothing out! Anything you forgot, they had available from beach chairs/umbrella to makeup mirror! Beach towels, all linens, beautifully updated quaint apartment! Loved it!

Loved our stay!

This was such an adorable, cozy rental. There were A/C units and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, so the entire unit was cool and comfortable the whole time. The shower pressure was to die for. I wish I had that pressure at home. Plenty of hot water for our showers and for laundry (we LOVED having a washer/dryer in the unit!). They provided tons on towels and washcloths, which we found handy. The location is terrific. There’s a Walgreens and a Dunkin’ Doughnuts down the road, plenty of restaurants nearby, only 10 minutes from Easton’s Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

We found the property very comfortable for the two of us. We came to Newport for a wedding staying four days in the area. The property was very convenient to all the sights in the Newport area. We would return if given the opportunity to travel to the area again.

Our time shortened by a situation out of our control, the 4 days at the Maple Rd rental were extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Accommodations exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and so accessible to all Newport attractions. Certain to return again! :)

Sweet little place, very close drive to beaches and all the sights in Newport. The apartment was great, comfortable and well stocked. Perfect for a casual traveler who’s looking for a feeling of home at the end of the day. Loved it!

A beautiful property!

When we arrived the place was immaculate, well decorated and snacks waiting for us! This is one of the nicest stays we have had at a home away property! The owner was always available. The location was perfect to spend time in downtown Newport. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back!
