Chalet spécial parfait pour deux ou avec un enfant. Tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer pour un cottage de plage romantique. Intimité, terrasse, barbecue. La cour est sur le périmètre de la réserve ornithologique normande.
La chambre a un lit queen size et une très petite chambre supplémentaire avec un lit double. Une salle de bain avec une douche. Grande zone de barbecue en plein air avec des sièges sur le pont arrière.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this little cottage! It was a clean, safe, and private spot, really close to the beach and an easy ride into Newport. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. Would defintely recommend!

Great little cottage

Lovely cottage located near the Norman Bird Sanctuary, so quiet and felt rural. Well set up for an extended stay and an easy walk to the beach. Lori was very easy to communicate with and included some nice touches that made us feel welcome. Thanks for a great stay!

Reunion weekend

The cottage is even better than the pictures, and the pictures are awesome. The little touches like a full new bar of dove soap, beach chairs & the softest linens make this a place I would absolutely recommend & look forward to staying in again.

Stylish cottage close to beaches

We enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely cottage. Close to all of Newport's beaches and attractions, while still being tucked away in a residential area for privacy. Perfect for two people.

Newport cottage

The cottage was a perfect getaway. Close to downtown Newport and the beaches. The cottage had all the amenities you need and Lori was a great host. Highly recommend this property.

Adorable cottage with all the amenities

The cottage is very nice, private with everything we needed for our stay. Close to the beaches of Newport. We had a bit of crazy weather and Lori checked in to make sure we still had power. Would stay there again.

Charming cottage

Lovely place for a week-end getaway ! We enjoyed the calm and privacy of the property. Minutes from downtown Newport, but away from the crowd. Lori was very attentive to our needs, and helped book a great restaurant. The only thing I would improve is to get a small microwave for the cottage, warming up food on the stovetop was not the best... Otherwise , great experience , would visit again !

Great getaway

This was a last minute idea that Lori made go incredibly smoothly. It was a fun place to stay - nicely designed and great location for exploring the area. Lori was immediately responsive to emails with questions about the area.

A Wonderful Stay

This house was as advertised and reviewed - a lovely, clean, comfortable, equipped, private - a lovely place to spend our first trip to Rhode Island. The outdoor shower was great! Extra beach towels and beach chairs were useful and appreciated. The location was perfect - close to beaches, wildlife preserves, Newport. Lori was an incredibly friendly and helpful host.

Cozy weekend

We had a lovely weekend at this cozy cottage. Our stay was comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport. You could tell that the hosts really pay attention to the small details at this place. It was also delightful to just sit outside and listen to the sounds of nature in the morning. Would also highly recommend a visit to the Norman Bird Sanctuary given its proximity.

Lovely cottage for 2

It’s an amazing little cottage in a secluded location yet somehow in the middle of everything (beach and downtown). It’s the perfect size for 2. The house is stocked with all the grilling and cooking essentials. Lori is extremely communicative and we couldn’t have had a better time.

Wonderful home and location

We stayed in Lori’s cottage late June and we truly enjoyed the time there. The cottage is cozy, beautifully decorated and spotless. It is well stocked as well. The outdoor shower is fabulous! We communicated often with Lori and she is extremely nice and helpful. Her assistant Rebecca is lovely as well. We ended up meeting both of them in person and they are amazing! The location is perfect as well. We will definitely return!

Peaceful Retreat

We had a lovely getaway at Lori’s cottage. The cottage is just a pictured with tasteful and comfortable furnishings and bedding. The cottage is located in a peaceful area, adjacent to bird sanctuary, yet very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and downtown Newport. Lori responded promptly to all our questions. We would love to return next summer for a longer stay. Thank you Lori!

Cutest Cottage Vacation

SOOOOO cute inside. Bathroom is a little tight, but my husband used the outside shower and loved it. Very quiet and comfortable. Plenty of clothes storage and the closets are huge and equipped with plenty of hangers. The single bedroom had tons of drawers. Kitchen has everything except a microwave, but there is a toaster oven. We loved it

Cottage Bliss

Lori was extremely accommodating,. The mattress and bedding were lovely and comfortable. The Bosch range was as good as our Viking at home. The AC worked great! The cottage is private and secluded - very restful yet close to the beach and near restaurants and shopping. The cottage has beach towels but bring your beach chairs and umbrella, if you need those items, we packed them. Daily “carload” beach rates are $20. Weekday and $30. Weekend/holiday. May a blue Jay leave a feather on the porch for you, as it did for us!

Return to Newport

My wife and I came to Newport for 5 day visit and to see Newport again after a more than 20 years ago last visit. The cottage was awesome and exceeded our expectations. Immaculately clean, lots of space for two people (we didn’t use the smaller second bedroom at all), air conditioning, well stocked up in towels, bedding and a lot of spices etc so you don’t have to buy them at the grocery store. Loved the outdoor shower which was awesome. Washer dryer on premises too. We sat in the backyard at a propane powered table fire pit and reveled in the peaceful and quiet setting. You’re very near Third and Second beaches and about 10 minutes to the Cliff Walk and Newport waterfront. The cottage is in Middletown (I’m partial to its beaches as I lived in Middletown during my HS years. Lori was amazingly responsive and upon arrival we were treated to a gift basket of s’mores supplies and fresh baked raspberry pound cake. Such a great place to relax, see the beach and get away from everyday busy lives. Newport Vineyards is a very short 5 minute drive away. We will be back.
