This cozy home offers an open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen all open to each over with beautiful cathedral ceilings. The bedroom offers a queen bed and a TV! The bathroom offers a tub shower combo and plenty of towels.

Step out onto the patio and relax around the fire pit and cook your meals on the grill after a long day at the beach!

There is also an outdoor shower for guests to rinse all of the sand off after a full day of sun and sand! Beach chairs, towels and a cooler are provided for guests to enjoy!
- No parties or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum after 9pm.

- All types of smoking are prohibited inside the home. We charge an additional $500 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence or odor from smoking.

- Pets are not allowed inside the house. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets inside the home.

-No additional guests allowed at the property. A charge will arise for each guest even if they do not stay the night.

- When leaving the home, please turn off all lights and set heat to 68 degrees (or AC to 80 degrees)
