Great location on 4 O'Clock Rd a couple blocks to Main St. After a day of skiing just take 4 O'Clock Run most of the way down then cross the road to walk back to the condo. A gas fireplace, cozy mountain decor, and a stocked kitchen make this place feel like a home away from home. The building also has free parking, coin laundry, and access to a heated pool and hot tubs.
The space:
The condo is nicely renovated to have a mountain cabin feel and is fully stocked with all of the amenities you could need!

âą 5-7 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift. There is a full service ticket window and ski shop, Charter Sports, there as well. Snowflake Chair will take you to Peak 8.
âą 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift
âą Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable
âą Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
âą*While not a true ski-in/out right up to the door, the condo is a short walk to the Snowflake Lift on 4 O'Clock Rd, or, you can access the free shuttle from the nearby stop. *Ski-in only possible when Lower 4 O'Clock Run or Peak 9 are OPEN*
âą Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.

Parking Limit: 1 - Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge; Airport Rd or the Ice Rink Lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
