Bright 1 Bedroom, Close to Downtown & Peak 9

Peaceful setting walkable to downtown Breck and Peak 9 lifts. Rare one-bedroom in the wooded Warrior's Mark neighborhood w/ dedicated parking spot & large private deck. Light and bright with updated finishes throughout. The well-stocked kitchen opens to the lounge with West Elm sleeper sofa and large TV. Bedroom features a king bed with Casper mattress. In-unit washer/dryer, full bathroom with tub/shower combo. On free bus route. South facing. 1 block from pool and hot tubs.

Great property for a small family or group. This property is located on the second floor via a full flight of exterior stairs. There is no unit above or below and we only share one common wall with an adjacent unit.

INSIDE:

Guests have access to the Columbine pool, approximately a 4-5 minute walk from the condo. Winter hours are 12pm-8pm and summer hours are 10am-8pm.

The clubhouse with pool and hot tubs are typically closed in the fall and spring. Fall 2024 CLOSURE dates: 10/20/24 - 11/8/24, Spring 2025 CLOSURE dates: 4/27/25 - TBD (Late May). The Clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1 block away. Parking is limited.

Simple, contactless check-in and check-out.

Located on the free bus route for easy access to the mountain or downtown. The base of peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift can be walkable but some guests have stated that it was a bit far.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is no air conditioning (most places don't have it in our area!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
> This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
> Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

Breckenridge Condo

This condo was in a great location, walking distance to Main Street shopping and restaurants. It was clean and quiet. You can walk across the street to use the heated pool and hot tub which was great! There was no TV in the bedroom which was disappointing. We found the couch in the living room uncomfortable, so it wasn’t ideal to watch TV in there. 10 AM seems early for checkout, but overall a nice place to stay.

Great location and wonderful owner!

I can’t recommend this property enough! The owner was extremely easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the quicksilver lift and short walk to town. Beautiful area also!

This was a very nice small condo with good location. We were able to walk to dinner each night to restaurants on Main Street. The shuttle bus to the mountain was convenient. The representative for the property manager was superb. The condo was well stocked with essentials.

Epic skiing

Excellent place and location! Close to the lifts in Breck and just a short drive to other amazing resorts like Keystone and Vail. Clean and with all the things you need to have a comfortable stay. Perfect location, updated property, and helpful host!

My daughter and I spent five days at Jesse’s property while we skied in Breckenridge. We were able to walk right into town, or catch the bus. We needed to use the car very little. My daughter and I like to cook and the unit had everything we needed! We had a great vacation and we will be staples definitely part of that greatness! Thank you so much!

Breck Beauty!

This rental exceeded our expectations! Super clean and comfortable. The couch in the living area has been changed out and pulled out into a firm bed. Location was great but if you have gear, it can be a bit of a walk. Someone comes by and clears the snow every few days. I would love to stay again! It was a bit tight for a family of 4 with my teenage son and almost teen son but we made it work. It would be perfect for a couple and maybe one small child.

Great Property. Perfect spot

We had a great stay. The property was very, VERY clean, which is a huge plus. Everything was clean and tidy and well stocked. Location - I think this would be the only drawback. It's pretty close to the Peak 9 lift but it's still a 10 min walk or more with gear. . Shuttle access is very close, and the walk to Main street isn't too bad. I would stay at this property again due to how clean and updated it was. Communication with the owner was quick, responsive, and very informative. We had a great week of snowboarding and enjoying all Breck offers.

We loved this condo
it was small but had everything you would need. We were a group of 4 who only stayed overnight, but we all said we would definitely come back again. It was very clean, and Jesse was available and easy to communicate with, responding very quickly. We would recommend staying here!

Wonderful location! Great stay

Our host was very responsive and accommodating to us check in a little early. The location is perfect! Right next to mainstreet, super easy to find, parking is right next to the unit. Very clean and had everything we needed! Only thing I would add is that the bedroom was so bright in the morning and blackout curtains would’ve been awesome to have!

This property is exactly as listed; It has been renovated and is stocked with good plates, utensils, pots, and pans. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. The property owner is very responsive to messages. I would absolutely seek this property again in the future!
