Nestled up to the Four O'clock Ski Run this amazing ski in/out condo is a perfect well appointed retreat! In the winter months, just out the door is the ski slopes and in the summer hiking/biking trails await! The Snow Flake lift is visible from the bedroom and patio and invites you every morning to pop on your gear and get first tracks!
Newly painted, updated with brand new appliances, TV's and bedding! This condo stands out from the crowd! The condo has a spacious back yard area and a community grill to enjoy! An in unit washer/dryer and super fast wifi is a great plus for longer stays! A super comfy king bed in the main bedroom and pull out sofa with queen memory foam mattress make this a great spot for a small fam or firends on thier adventure! StayLTD manages multiple condos in the neighborhood so let us know if you have a larger group and need a bigger spot or multiple for everyone to relax in!

Awesome Mountain Condo!

What an amazing place just up the hill from Main Street in Downtown Breckenridge. Super clean and spacious with a great kitchen and patio to relax on. Looking forward to returning to get out of the Denver heat and for an even longer stay when ski season comes (it has ski in-ski out access)!

All in all, good place.

We definitely enjoyed the stay there. Everything inside like doors, cabinets, etc were of really good quality. It was not a huge place but had more than enough room for two of us. Convenience to town was good as well.

Great condo

The place was very clean and Brett was a great host. We enjoyed it not being so close to other condos but still easy walk to downtown. We would recommend it!

Ski trip

Great location- walk right across the street and you are on the slopes. Close enough to downtown you can walk. Clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed.

First the location was great. Easy ski in ski out! We were in the lower level which has steps down to the unit. We were aware of that but it didn’t make it any easier to bring our luggage in & out. Also the noise levels from the floor above is unacceptable. We could hear everything-banging with ski boots, simply walking, talking, television & even private sexual intimacies. Some nights the noise continued until 1:30am. This is Not conducive to sleeping. Knowing that-we would have to consider other options in the future. We realize it was not the other renters fault or concern.

Condo was exactly as advertised (and what we wanted).

Easy to get everywhere in Breckenridge from this location whther you want to walk across the street snd ski down or drive down. The place reminds me of my childhood skiing in Incline Village Nevada. It has that rustic ski condo charm. Overall it was a great fit for my family.

Comfy stay for spring skiing

Lovely space across the street from 4 o'clock run. Ski down around the block to Snowflake lift. The heaters are the gentle kind (radiant?) that don't blow dry hot air, and there were also humidifiers available. Thanks again!

Nice property. Walk across road to access 4 O'Clock run. Bed was comfy. They could open up the living area by removing a part of the L shaped sofa. Seating right now for 8-10. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at this condo! The only negative was we had upstairs guests and the ceilings are not well insulated. Otherwise, the condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. We give it 5 stars!

This was a good stay

This rental was great, and the house was neat. There were some safety problems, because of the lack of some railings near the entrance. There were fire hazards with the heaters, and should be replaced with a air vent system in the future.

Wonderful Ski In & Out Place!

This is a fantastic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom place that could accommodate 2-4 people easily since it also has a pull out sofa bed. Everything is very nice, updated, clean & super comfy. The 4 O'clock ski run is right across the road & takes you down to the snowflake chair lift; it really is Ski In & Out. If you want to walk downtown, it's only 15 minutes or so. You could probably catch a free bus about half way as well. The host, Brett, is super communicative & provides great information the entire time. Would highly recommend this place!

Nice condo

The condo was clean and worked well for our short stay. The weather was rainy and without sunlight the condo was dark. I think it could use some more lamps, especially in the eating area. I wanted to do some work in the evenings after dinner and it was really too dark to get much done. I ended propping up my phone on a pillow, so I could read. The area is beautiful, there is plenty to do, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great amenities, easy access to slopes!

This is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in! That’s considering Europe, US, and that I grew up skiing Breckenridge since I was 4 yrs old. He had the condo prepared for us! Chapstick, dish washer detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels for hot tub separate from bath towels, extra blankets, plug in fan, tot.cot, extra pillows, and more! Definitely go to the condo to see what he has before you go to the grocery store! Ski in from 4 o’clock was perfect! Pull over, pop off you skis and walk across and small road to your front door. Ski out: walk across small road, pop on your skis and ski to snowflake. One more easy 10 step walk to the lift. I will stay here again! It was better than the ski in/out on the peak 8 that I grew up in, especially due to it having its own washer/dryer. He had everything in the kitchen and bedrooms you needed!

The location is extremely convenient, but the house definitely has it's drawbacks. The place is a bit dingy and could be freshened up a bit. I also never love a place that charges a cleaning fee but backs you take out your own trash and strip the linens from your bed. The real drawback to the property is it is not sound proof in the slightest. You can hear your upstairs neighbors day and night talking, walking around, etc. it is very loud and impossible to sleep through.

Great value

This 1BR condo is in an older building but has been nicely renovated and was very clean. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Easy ski-in, however the ski-out might be a little more difficult with younger kids as you ski down the 4 o'clock trail, and then must take off your skis to walk across the street to the snowflake lift. We were not allowed to light the fireplace (homeowners association/ colorado rule not related to the individual owner) but unit was very warm anyway and didn't need it. I would recommend having a car if renting this unit. We didn't have a car and during our stay, conditions were very icy which made walking down the road (0.2 miles) to the FreeRide shuttle stop and back uphill (steep) to the condo difficult for us. This would not be an issue in the summer months but we certainly wished we had rented a car. Would have liked brighter lamps in the bedroom as it was very dim with only the two small bedside lamps with dark colored shades. Overall were very pleased with the rental and felt it was a good value for the nightly price.

Great Location

Stayed with my kids at this property. We have stayed a lot of places this ski season and this was the best. The unit was very clean, easy to get into, and for skiing it was perfect. We crossed a small road, put on our skis and skied down 4'oclock to another road where we crossed and jumped on Snowflake. It was great. We skied back in easily for lunch or at the end of the day. They had everything you need in a kitchen, except a pizza cutter (but they have plenty of knives), and the view out the back patio was gorgeous. Loved having the washer and dryer. Hot tubs were great. My kids and I walked to eat in town one night, .5 mile there and. 5 mile back to main street. There is also a bus close if you want it. Itcwas April, so I think only one neighbor was in the building, so very quiet. The only thing I would suggest is a security feature on the main door. The only lock is the one with the code, and I would have felt safer as a woman alone with kids if there was another lock when I was in the unit or a swing bar door guard at least. It was quiet and a safe feeling location, don't get me wrong, but always thinking about the what ifs. Thanks for the great overall stay.

Great location and management

This place is just up the hill from the snowflake lift (with ticket office) and gray route free ride shuttle stop. Brett was very quick to respond and friendly. The kitchen was stocked with the supplies we needed to cook. We definitely recommend this place and would go again!
