Enjoy everything Breck has to offer from this downtown Village 1 bedroom. Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9 & steps from Main Street for world class shopping and dining. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace (rare find!) or relax on the covered patio with mountain views.
Parking for 1 car in the underground parking garage is included at no extra charge but not guaranteed until reserved.

PARKING:
Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

> There is no air conditioning (most places up here do not have it!).
> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
