Cozy 1 bedroom condo only two blocks from Main Street. Quiet building features indoor/outdoor hot tubs, parking for two cars, grills, and in-unit laundry (rare find)! True ski-in/ski-out at Snowflake Lift. Awesome year-round location: hike/bike/snowshoe the Sawmill Reservoir Trail or hop on the Snowflake Chairlift, both of which are out the back door! Full size kitchen. Perfect space for a solo traveler, couple or small family.

âą kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and small oven. Stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. Full size appliances.
âą Entry closet with shelves.
âą Seating for four at the kitchen peninsula.
âą Living room with queen sleeper sofa, armchair and flat screen TV.
âą Bedroom with queen bed, dresser and nightstands with drawers.
âą Bathroom with tub/shower combo.

BUILDING and AMENITIES:
âą Parking, 2 spots: Guests are allowed to park two cars in the outdoor parking lot. The complex does not have additional parking so additional vehicles will need to utilize town overflow options.
âą Ski locker located on first floor
âą Ski-in/ski-out location directly across from the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop (Charter Sports, we have discounts available!)
âą Two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub located 1 level up. Indoor hot tubs are closed during the summer starting May 1st.
Discounts! We have pre arranged discounts for our guests that include 30% off ski and bike rentals, 10% off oxygen rentals and discounts on airport shuttles. Links are sent after your booking is confirmed.
PROVIDED ITEMS:
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
PLEASE NOTE:
» The primary booked must be at least 21 years old.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.
» There is no air conditioning, most properties in the area do not have it.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
