Ces condos abordables vous permettent d'être près des pistes et de l'action à Breckenridge - le tout à un prix avantageux. Vous pouvez retourner à Sundowner sur la piste de 4 heures, puis marcher deux pâtés de maisons jusqu'à la rue Main. De plus, vous pouvez emprunter le sentier menant à la piscine et au bain à remous Upper Village. Une bonne affaire!

Ce condo d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Installez-vous près du foyer au gaz avec une tasse de cacao chaud ou dégustez une bière sur l'un des deux grands balcons. Cette unité dispose également d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a de la place pour 5 personnes à la table de la salle à manger et beaucoup d'espace dans le salon spacieux. Il y a aussi une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse! Mieux encore, vous pouvez skier et revenir à cette unité à partir de la course de quatre heures sur Peak 8!

Love the location of this condo! It was comfortable and the patio seating was amazing our favorite. We did run out of hot water (on the 2nd shower of the day) and found many outlets are so worn out that plugs won’t stay in them. Charging phones was a bit of a challenge. I’d also recommend replacing the pillows. But overall was a very pleasant stay and would recommend the condo to others.

Clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is conveniently located between Main Street and snowflake chair lift. It was clean, lots of kitchen cookware to create meals. Playing cards were a nice touch for a family game night. Beds were very comfortable and great to fall into after day of skiing! In unit washer/dryer was a huge plus! Would recommend to friends and family for future visit.

Stay in Breck

We left early. Place was okay - not great. Management rules weird - clean the place before you leave, do the dishes, take out the trash... a bit draconian. It wasn't great - so we left early. We wouldn't stay with them again... plus they do an end-around VRBO and get you to pay them direct (no refunds of course). They have you sign their overly 1-sided agreement. Bunch of management things we found to be "all in their favor"

Nothing fancy but great location and clean

This is a great unit and so close to the main street. It not the newest but everything was clean and plenty of cooking supplies and even a lot of spices to use too. Easy communication too.

Cosiest Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very cosy and functional, worked perfectly for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). The pool area is very close by and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tubs with snow falling on our heads. There are a lot of trees around where the kids can play and the walk to main street is 5 minutes max. Even walking to Beaver Run is about 7 minutes if you pass by the pool area. The four of us were really sad when we had to leave. The only tiny detail was that the sofa bed in the bedroom was a bit hard, I'd say allright for kids, a bit complicated for adults or teens. Everything else extremely comfy!

Excellent location! Prefect for walking to Snowflake run, 2 blocks other way is Main Street. Property as described and photos show. Very clean, pantry larger than ours at home, plenty of storage in hall and bedroom closets. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of excess pillows and blankets for comfort. Communication on point. Easy to check in and out. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Nice and easy

5 minute walk to snowflake lift. Can ski down four o’clock run and get within two minutes if condo. The best part was the texting service. They were amazing and answered all my condo and non-condo related questions. Place was clean and well kept

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was spacious with plenty of closet space and a huge pantry. Kitchen is well stocked, allowing us to make dinner every night. The in-unit laundry is always appreciated. Snowflake lift is a short walk in the morning and skiing down four o’clock has a walk through right to where the unit is located. You’re also a short walk away from downtown. Don’t forget to pack a couple extra towels to use for the pool/hot tub house- those aren’t provided. Overall, it’s a clean, spacious condo with a perfect location if you’re looking to park your car and not get back into it until it’s time to leave.

Good, clean, simple space

The space was clean and the property management group was surprisingly communicative. Overall, good experience! There are some small updates that could be done to improve the property, like refinishing the coffee table in the living room. There were just a few things like that that made the place feel a bit old and worn. THAT SAID, it’s very well kept and clean. Bed was great!

The property was nice, clean and comfortable. Everything looks just like the pictures on the ad. The rental company (summit mountain rentals) is extremely professional, accommodating and customer service based. They went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had prior to arrival as well as being available for the duration of my stay. Great place to stay for a mountain get away.

Easy access to lift and town!

Bus stop and trail are right across the street. Property mgmt team were great and very responsive during our early arrival. Pool and hot tub were too far away to use during the winter. Very clean space and nice views too.
