Step into the lounge room, a cosy haven adorned with a smart TV and electric fire. Sink into the plush sofas and bask in the natural light streaming through the large bay window, providing the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
Next, discover the heart of the home â a spacious kitchen, dining, and sofa area designed for gatherings of family and friends. With integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, as well as a wood-burning log fire and ample seating for eight, this space is ideal for entertaining. The modern industrial aesthetic, complemented by stone floors and sleek design elements, creates a captivating ambiance, enhanced by a skylight and patio doors leading to the outside space. Please note that while you'll have the privacy of your own space, there are neighbours on either side, as this is a residential area. We kindly ask that guests be considerate and respectful of the neighbours, keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10pm to ensure everyone's comfort.
Please also note the driveway will only fit one car. There is free on street parking but it can get busy at times

While there is ample street parking available with no restrictions, there may be occasions when parking directly outside the home is unavailable due to high demand. However, rest assured that you can still utilise the driveway for parking.
