This new construction, 6 Bedroom home is complete with a private pool, outdoor dining area and complimentary golf cart and bicycles. (5) King ensuite bedrooms and a double-bunk bedroom provides room for everyone! Enjoy a short walk or golf cart ride to some of 30A's most popular restaurants - just steps out your front door. ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Get Busy Livin!, a luxury coastal home for your next family vacation with room for fourteen and steps from the gorgeous white sands and clear water of the world famous Emerald Beach. Get Busy Livin! is a stunning new construction home located in the ultra convenience of Gulf Place on 30A. The home is a 700 foot walk to the Ed Walen Beach Access with several other beach access points conveniently located nearby along 30A. After raising three children with annual trips to our favorite 30A spots we are now blessed to own a home we can share with others. If you are a family that cherishes the special moments of "just us time" then we are kindred spirits! We love sharing our small slice of paradise with other families living their own dreams. When we are not building sand castles or golfing we love family time at the lake house!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
A truly walkable environment where we can be at breakfast, the beach or dinner in 3 minutes by foot. Of course we crave our golf cart rides to Grayton Beach, Watercolor and Seaside as well!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
30A is full of beautiful properties. What makes Get Busy Livin! different is that you do not need a bicycle or a golf cart. Of course these items are provided but every guest comments about the pleasure of simply walking out the front door dressed for dinner in flip flops. Mom and Dads can drive the golf cart to the beach in less than a minute to pickup a load of kids or beach gear. If you have ever stayed at a property that required a 5-20 minute bike ride to get anywhere, the walkability of Get Busy Livin! is a rate treat. We bought this new construction home for its location, gorgeous finishes and spacious layout. Finally a property that lets you invite all the friends and family you love to spend time with!
