Main Living Spaces:
The second-level open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas make gathering with family and friends effortless. Dine indoors at the large main dining table, pull up a seat at the center island, or enjoy al fresco meals on the balcony dining area overlooking the neighborhood. The kitchen is a cookâs dream, featuring a 6-burner Viking gas range, Viking refrigerator, top-of-the-line dishwasher, drawer microwave, and luxurious natural-finish cabinetry. It's fully equipped and ready to feed a crowd.
The second level also features a Queen bedroom with private ensuite bath, and a King bedroom with ensuite bath that is also accessible from the Kitchen and Main Living area.

On the ground level, youâll find a private gathering room, perfect for football parties or movie nights. This level also includes a well-appointed pool bath, twin bunks, and a Queen bedroom with private ensuite bath.
Bedrooms & Baths:
Spread out across three floors, Easy Street offers 6 serene King and Queen bedrooms, each featuring ensuite bathrooms for ultimate comfort and convenience. Well-placed bunk beds on both the first and third floors make it perfect for kids or teens traveling together.
Additional Amenities:
âą Airy balconies on the second and third floors for morning coffee or sunset cocktails
âą Laundry facilities on both the first and third floors for ultimate convenience
âą Bikes, beach gear, and golf cart included
âą Fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home
âą Parking for 3 vehicles
At Easy Street, you'll find everything you need for a luxurious, relaxing, and adventure-filled 30A getaway. The hardest part of your stay will be having to leave!
**All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID matching your credit card and the rental agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold (Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.)
** No Smoking
** No Parties or Events
** No pets
** Must be at least 25 years old to rent and the person booking must stay in the condo through the duration of the rental.
** There must be one adult 25 or older present for every 4 guests under the age of 25.
