We think we have found our place!

This is absolutely the best stay. Ground level, back door opens to the pool and beach. The whole process was seamless. From beginning to end. We will absolutely go there again!

Awesome in every way!

This is our second stay at Windancer 104 and we can’t wait to come back again! The property is clean, cozy, conveniently located in the first floor. You can see the beach and the pool from the patio, 10 steps from the pool gate which is so convenient for having 3 young kids. Can’t recommend this place enough. Rental managers are also so accommodating and kind!

Overall good stay

We have stayed at Windancer a few times now, each time in different condos. This unit was clean, with easy first floor access. Couch could be updated along with the mattress in the main bedroom. The thermostat went out late at night, Kim with the property management was very responsive that night to try to get someone out to fix it, due to the time it was out overnight but it was returned to service mid afternoon the next day. If you are looking for a full view of the ocean you need to consider another unit at the location.

Great spot.

My wife and I loved our time here. Loved the location and condition of the property. Only one thing had me less than 5 stars - the bedroom mattress needs replacing. It’s terribly soft. I read this in another review and hoped it wouldn’t be a thing. It is. We would stay here again but please fix the mattress.

Overall not a bad condo. The pictures were deceiving as it looked like there was a clear view of the beach, but in reality the condo is directly behind the pool. The master bedroom in fortunately was in the very front so no view of the ocean and couldn't hear the ocean. The furniture in the living room was dated. The condo overall though was clean and check in process was very easy. The shower was good, along with the ceiling fan in the bedroom. I did have to buy a mattress pad as the bunk bed mattress was not comfortable.

This condo was perfect for us!!

We will definitely book again. The location is perfect. Laid back and friendly atmosphere. The pool was always clean and steps outside the back sliding doors. The walk to the beach is simple and they had beach supplies already waiting when we arrived such as toys and chairs. It really was just a great stay! The only down side was not having a bath tub for my two youngest but we made it work :)

Perfect Extra Condo for our Vacation

We rented this condo for my parents, 4 month old daughter, and I to stay in. The condo was clean and the manager was great to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and helped me find a reliable company to rent a crib from. It was nice that our communication during the stay was done via text which made it very convenient. Bedding was clean and comfortable. It may have been exhaustion from the sun, but my whole family slept perfectly all 3 nights. This last comment is not a complaint, but something to be aware of. The condo is minimally stocked. There are a few towels and some of the kitchen items you may need, but you would probably need to improvise or buy a few items if cooking a meal. If you do forget something you need, there is a CVS and grocery store in walking distance.
