From the minute you enter this wonderful Edgewater Beach Resort and Ocean Front Vacation Condo, you will be inspired to take in the view and relax! There are floor to ceiling windows and patio access water views from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The Kitchen opens up into the living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. The dining tables seats 6. The Kitchen has a full range of utensils and stainless appliances. Black out drapes make sleeping cozy for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa or master bed. Spacious Balcony with room for everyone. Great for Families, Girls Getaways, Golf Trips and Couples Getaways. We’ve stayed here many times because we absolutely love this resort, and the stay was just as wonderful as always. Our host was top-notch! We had the best check-in experience, and their responses were incredibly quick whenever we had a question. One of our favorite touched was the condo’s ’pay-it forward’ shelf. Be sure and check it out before heading to the store. Such a thoughtful idea. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this condo and host.

We drove 16 hours & arrived 2 hours before check in time….We texted Cathy if we could possibly check in 2 hours earlier & she responded instantly & we were able to begin our amazing anniversary trip. The condo was perfect for us! The view of ocean & pool & beautiful grounds of the resort was a A.We will definitely stay at this resort again!

We enjoyed the condo at Edgewater Beach. So much to enjoy. It felt more like a home bc it had a lot of thoughtful touches like spices in the cabinet and plenty of toilet paper. We will be back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The view was incredible and it’s was really nice having beach chair rentals included. I also appreciated the “give some take some” community pantry, it came in handy for random things like coffee filters. The only things that kept me from rating this stay a full 5 stars; the bed was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. The pillows were also very thin but we brought our own so we got lucky. The AC was programmed to not go below 68. I guess this is a newer thing that I’ve never experienced but I was a little too warm most nights and would have loved that extra degree down. The shower didn’t drain well and the bath towels were sour but smelled better after I washed them. The outdoor furniture is definitely on its last leg, rusting and well used. Finally, the 9 am checkout felt really early, definitely the earliest check out I’ve had. 10-11 would have been ideal. But overall great value stay.

The spaces were just as pictured. Loved the view of the pool/ocean from both bedroom and living area. Pools were very nice and areas well maintained. Loved the beach chair and umbrella service, no need to get to the area early to get a spot. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our time here. This condo is conveniently located right next to the elevator, right next to the entrance to the pool/beach. Everything was well stocked and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Winn Dixie is across the street and the outlet mall is not much further. The owner was attentive and responded quickly. Pro tip…if you have a SUV, don’t even attempt the parking garage. There is ample parking right across the elevator that we liked better anyway.

We are two old fraternity brothers who decided with our wives to buy a beach property at Edgewater after becoming empty nesters! Steve and Arian Orlando are from Frisco, TX, and Bryan and Cathy Booth are from Mount Pleasant, SC. We all love the beach and love Edgewater. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Before purchasing our own unit, we had come to Edgewater with our families several times. We always said one day we would buy one if we could. We purchased this one from William and Donna Arkell of Imagine Destin, LLC, who quickly became friends. We also own unit #1304 a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Edgewater. It is an option if you are looking to rent both units for larger families. We Love sitting on the balcony and drinking our coffee in the mornings - the view is amazing! It is right on the sand, is well maintained, and has a true resort feel. The greenspace and the playground are perfect places for children to play, and the pool is area is large and beautiful. Two pools, hot tub, kiddie pool and just a few short steps from the beach. We also love the easy access to the beach, pool, shopping, & dining. Everything is easily accessible. We hope to share our home with not only previous guests, but also with new guests who will come stay with us again and again.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The first time we saw this rental unit, we felt at home. Like stated before, the east facing balcony makes morning coffee a pleasant way to start the day. It also provides shade from the afternoon sun. We spend most of our time either on the balcony or on the beach! We also love that you can also enjoy the amazing view from the Master Bedroom as well. The unit is quiet, peaceful and relaxing...the perfect place for a getaway.
