The condo over all in very convenient location both, access to beach and city. Very spacious and big enough for a family of 7.

Destin Stay

The property was under construction. We were told initially that the construction would be vomplete prior to our stay. Due to construction couldn't swim or walk safely to the beach. The noise was too much at times.Codes to the gate didn't work on 2 occasions. Was grateful for a weeks refund out of 4 weeks. The condo was comforthable

Exactly as pictured

We had a great stay here. The property had some construction going on however I was made aware of this before booking. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we had so much fun at the beach. We really loved staying here and it was exactly as pictured!

Wonderful stay

We arrived a week after a hurricane had come through near Destin. Communication of all concerns prior to heading in that direction was nice and thorough. The condo was clean and very quiet. The walk to the beach was very convenient. The best part was how well the kitchen was stocked. It had a feeling of home for the entire stay.

First visit to Destin area

We really enjoyed the small, cozy feel of this condominium development. The layout and location were ideal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The condo was large and beautifully decorated. We spent most of our time on the deck or the beach. We also enjoyed daily walks on the walking trails. Even though construction was happening during our visit the workers were considerate and respectful to us.

Fantastic spot right on the water

The apartment is very well laid out with plenty of seating areas for different groups. Plenty of pans, knives, cutting boards, and in good shape. We were very comfortable with our group and enjoyed ourselves even with two double red flag days. Check out the Black Light Mini Golf and arcade down the road for rainy day fun.

Excellent location

Excellent location thank you. The beach was perfect. Property manager was responsive when we didn’t have our check in email. Excellent layout and plenty of space for four people. Basic amenities were lacking such as dishwasher detergent and dish soap, but it was so close to Target we could buy our own easily enough.

Great location

Without going into specifics this condo needs plenty of updates. I was there in January and February and the pool is not heated . There were no cleaning products including mop dustpan & broom hopefully that will change for the next guests.

My Happy Place!

The Aegean #206 was fantastic! We stayed here several years ago and this condo was in need of a major overhaul! This "new" condo did not disappoint. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The fridge/freezer was new and the ice maker kept up with our demands!😁. The managing company did an awesome job in communicating any details and were quick to resolve a small issue. I also appreciate the dishes and silverware available. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved that we could sit on the patio and watch our kids play in the grassy area below and felt like very family friendly. The pool didn't work for most of the trip, but we knew that wasn't the owners fault. The beach service was nice and we really enjoyed that the beach wasn't overcrowded like some areas. The only thing that would prevent us from coming back would be the washing machine, I had hoped it had been fixed based on other reviewers saying it didn't work the best. We only packed minimal clothing and between clothes and towels we were constantly doing laundry because you could only wash 2 towels or a few items at a time or it wouldn't drain/spin. Other than that, great condo, beach and location!

Perfect Romantic Relaxing Getaway

This place took our breath away. The location was so close to everything. The place was up to date. Clean and beautiful. I am a clean freak and this surpasses my expectations. The bed was so comfortable we slept amazing. The washer was a little confusing even after ready the directions but I did figure it out. The kitchen was fully furnished and had a coffee pot along with a keurig. They did provide clean towels, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and a couple things of hand soap. They did give us 2 small laundry detergent and 1 dishwasher soap. If you know you are going to do more than that then you will need to go purchase more. This place is very roomy. It is a great find and we can’t say enough good things about it. We wished there had been some beach towels available since we had to fly we couldn’t bring things like that we actually had to go buy that. Other than that it was great and we would love to stay again.

Overall pleased with condo

I was hesitant to book this property as it didn't have high reviews but it was stated that the property was being renovated. Newly renovated pictures were not posted prior to our stay. The property renovations were really nice. The only room that didn't look to be renovated were the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens/towels for use. The kitchen could use some more basic supplies like tupperware (to store left over food) and hand towels. The front load washer smelled moldy and mold could be seen but I've been told that this is a common problem with front load washers. I didn't think housekeeping did a very thorough job cleaning prior to our arrival. There were dust bunnies in several areas of the condo and under the beds. The air conditioner restriction of not dropping the setting below 71 degrees had the condo a little warmer than we preferred. There were plenty of beach items for our use and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. I will stay again if ever in the area.

Great Location, Beautifully Updated -- But --

We booked this condo for a quick Labor Day weekend getaway with some friends. Upon arrival, we found that the condo was beautifully updated and was in a great location, with easy beach access. After getting situated, we noticed multiple issues with the condo -- 1.) Half of the outlets in the condo don't work. 2.) There are virtually no kitchen tools - so if you plan to cook (like most people do) it is extremely difficult to do so. 3.) The floors were so dirty that all of our feet were black within minutes of walking around the condo. 4.) The only lights in the bedrooms are lamps - there are no ceiling lights or ceiling fans. It makes it very difficult to see at night - especially considering that we had to unplug the lamp in order to use the one working outlet in order to charge our cellphones. 5.) The automatic door lock was also broken. 6.) And the worst of all - there were multiple giant cockroaches in the condo.

Construction Zone

Although the condo was in great shape, no one disclosed that it was adjacent to major construction happening on the property. Upon arrival, we found that the staircase directly adjacent to our condo was covered in scaffolding. And the only elevator, to our second floor condo was out of service. Having severe knee issues, having an accessible elevator was key in booking here. Then there was sandblasting of exposed steel beams happening while I was sitting on my balcony. The wind naturally blew the dust in my direction, which prevented my from using the balcony that day. You should be more in touch with the happenings at your advertised properties.

Salty Get-away

The condo was as advertised and did not disappoint. The Aegean complex was very quiet and even though we were not oceanfront, we had a great view of the ocean. Our grandbaby loved the pool. The only disappointment was the jellyfish in the ocean which kept us from swimming in the surf. We did however, enjoy the sun and making memories. Thumbs up for this Destin destination vacation! On to next year.

Wonderful Condo

This unit was great! It was clean, updated, and had everything stocked you could possibly need. The location allowed easy access to the parking lot, elevator, and stairs. Our balcony overlooked the pool with a decent ocean view! This was our second time at the Aegean and we would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Beautiful

First time at Destin but I am in love and the property went a long way in that. Security, quiet, peaceful, easy access to the beach, accommodating! The apartment itself was gorgeous and clean! We will be back!

Nicely decorated

Condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. It has a nice balcony with table and chairs. The rooms appeared clean and it was stocked with necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels until you could get to the grocery store. I would recommend this property but a hot tub and shuffleboard equipment would have been a nice addition.

Winter Getaway

When the rest of the country was frozen over, we managed to spend a weekend in the "sun" and enjoyed every minute. It did rain once so I put that in quotes. The condo was nicely renovated and much roomier than I had imagined. There were two large bedrooms and the kitchen wasn't tight like most beach condos. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
