Enjoy Evanston! This two bedroom, one bath apartment is just steps from charming Central Street, 4 blocks from METRA and one street over from Northwestern University Athletics. Designed for guests to have a great get away with a café style eat in kitchenette and separate living/game room, this spacious garden apartment is meant to make memories in!

The Space:
This is a garden apartment in a 3 unit building nestled in a historic neighborhood in Evanston. The spacious layout allows for guests to spread out between the eat in kitchenette and the cozy living and game room. For our vertically gifted friends, be mindful this garden unit has 7ft ceilings. Draw the curtains and relax on Casper mattresses with individual room controlled climate.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the full unit with one designated parking spot in the driveway. Free street parking for any additional vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
The Northeast Evanston neighborhood offers a blend of history, architectural variety, and modern conveniences, making it a desirable place to stay.

Getting Around:
The Metra line is about a 20 minute walk or the Purple line is about a 15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
To ensure your stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, here are some additional details to keep in mind:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the penthouse. Please smoke outside.

Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the penthouse is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.

Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.

Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
