Outre le fait que l'emplacement n'est qu'à 800 mètres du centre-ville d'Evanston, à 1,6 km du front de mer du lac Michigan, à 800 mètres du CTA / Metra et à 15 minutes en train de Windy City, cet appartement a tout pour plaire. Tout dans cet appartement est tout neuf et prêt à être cambriolé. Quantité ridicule d'équipements, avec des appareils domestiques intelligents. Condo efficace et spacieux de 985 pieds carrés avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est situé au cœur du centre-ville d'Evanston. Les restaurants, les cafés et les magasins ne dépassent pas 0,5 mille. Evanston Gem!

Stayed here with my husband and mother while visiting family. The space was perfect! Plenty of room for the three of us, yet enough private space with the two bedrooms. The unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Long weekend

This was such a great spot! Great location and clean! The bonus was the parking spot under the building on those freezing days! We have already recommended this condo to family in the area and would stay here again next time we are there!

Clean, safe apartment in fantastic location in Evanston

This apartment was just as advertised. It is clean, safe, and comfortable with all desired amenities. Check-in and out were easy and straightforward. The host is very responsive and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better in terms of convenience to restaurants, trains, Northwestern University, etc. would definitely stay again!

Amazing

This was so easy! The directions to parking and entering the building were spot on. It is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. My only issue and this would be a matter of opinion. The master bed and the couch were terribly uncomfortable. My kids even complained about the couch. Overall we had a great time and place was excellent!

Comfort and luxury in the sky.

We enjoyed watching the sunsets from this well-appointed and conveniently located property. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Metro and el trains, visitors to the North Shore or Chicago can't go wrong. The property manager, Michelle, was accessible and friendly. She answered our questions prior to our arrival and checked in with us periodically to assure our stay was perfect. It was!!!

Endless amenities and wonderful host!

This property, in the heart of Evanston, was the perfect place to stay while moving our NU daughter into her new apartment. The property is full of amenities—pool, fitness area, office center—and only a short walk to many great shops and restaurants. Among the many other amenities, our unit even included a washer/dryer, which was extremely convenient since we had been traveling for a while before landing in Evanston. Mihyun promptly responded to all of our questions throughout the booking process and during our stay. She is an awesome host!

Great rental near Northwestern

We stayed here while moving our son into Northwestern. The apartment is in the perfect location, walking distance to downtown Evanston (Target, coffee shops, Whole Foods, restaurants, L station) and NU campus. We loved having a full kitchen, laundry, and big TV in the unit. One thing to note, there is no AT&T cell service in the unit so it’s helpful to write down the WiFi code before you arrive. We ended up using the internet to make phone calls instead, so it all worked out once we logged onto WiFi. Great place to stay while visiting Northwestern!

We would definitely come back. Everything was great. This property was stocked with supplies and amenities we didn’t even know we needed. And what a great deal! I don’t know about the kids’ beds, but the bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable.

Heart of Evanston

The owners are very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were able to help us find parking for our second vehicle and had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to us when we were impacted by a neighbor's leak. During our stay the microwave door broke and they were very responsive to getting it fixed quickly. The only downside of this space is the living room windows face the alley so you can hear the beeping of the trash truck on trash day. You will also here the trash bins being rolled across the hallway above you the night before trash day. Overall though this is an excellent location in the heart of downtown Evanston, so it is easy to walk to anything you need.

Nice change of scenery

I booked this stay just to get away from my house for a little while. The property worked great for me and was generally very comfortable. The Wi-fi speed worked well to allow me to work and do video calls while I was there. The unit is about a 7-10 minute walk to some of the restaurants in what I assume would be the "downtown" area of Evanston. It was great to have parking in the garage of the building.
