Vous pourrez vous détendre devant la cheminée à gaz, jouer au billard sur la table de billard ou vous détendre dans le bain à remous ou le bain à remous sur la terrasse couverte. Une cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse et Internet sans fil GRATUIT sont fournis pour votre commodité.

Awesome vacation and cabin

They would even call you back if you hanged up. The cabin had everything you can possibly need for a good vacation. Would definitely rent from them again.

Not Clean. Fireplace didn't work. Jacuzzi was nasty.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved the location of the cabin. Very peaceful and relaxing scenery. Other than that, no we weren't happy with it. It needed dusted from top to bottom, dust everywhere, along with cobwebs all in the upstairs. We go to turn on fireplace and the only thing that would turn on was the pilot light. They did have maintenance come out but he couldn't fix it. Then, the jacuzzi upstairs needed cleaned. When we turned on the jets black stuff come out of the jets and turned the water so nasty so we had to get out. I sent photos in to them to show them. If I could post them here I would so people could see.

Relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the grounds are beautiful and spotless. Convenient to the ‘arts’ area and quick easy trip into Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The property mgr called after we checked in to make sure all was well. The only reason I didn’t give an overall 5 was because we expected the recliner, which was in the pictures. Hubs has to sleep in a recliner but we made do with lots of pillows. If we ever return to the area we definitely would stay in Elk Springs Resort.

Overall - Good Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Cupids Arrow. Property was as described, although a bit small for 4 adults. The upstairs bed was very sqeaky and water pressure was not very good. The outside deck (and house) had many cobwebs & spiders, but you are in the mountains! And bears are no joke! We came across 3 during our stay. We did all the tourist stuff like Dollywood, Anakeesta, Wax Museum, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show. Only issue we encountered was our GPS kept taking us through the mountains - we preferred to take the long way around. The roads are winding, hilly, and scary to drive, especially at night! Would return again, but probably in a larger cabin.

Family reunion spot that works

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the location and proximity to our family group. We were comfortable and cool in intense heat. However while surfaces looked clean there was fecal matter in a ring under rim of upstairs toilet, spatula and several kitchen items were stored with food crusted on, etc. and why is there not Kleenex in the cabins. While sounds like little things it made a lot suspect for cleanliness.

Frist time in the Smokies

Reviewer Comments: Stayed a week very happy with the location and cabin great location away from the city and close enough to all the action cabin was clean and had everything you needed for a long stay loved the hot tub only thing that I would say was a negative was the beds need to be updated very uncomfortable but all in all we enjoyed our stay loved the Smokie mountains first time visitors will return in the future

The spider webs could've been cleaned in the in side cabin the top of the bathroom inside showr. We had to kill two big spiders inside the cabin. Other than that it Was nice.

Had to fix the thermostat but was changed and fixed in a promptly manner. Water pressure was low. Had to fix and replace downstairs shower head. Suggest to warn people of the drive to the cabin. But overall we liked our stay.

Beautiful Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my spouses and I first time ever staying at a cabin. I was amazed at the details Cupid’s Arrow had. It was very clean and cozy and gave off a romantic vibe. My husband was able to watch sports and we had great service in the area. The cabin was close to others but it was so quiet you hardly knew they was there unless you was leaving the premises . The cabin was conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg and that was a whole vibe in itself. Because we enjoyed our stay, we decided to return for our family trip in a few months .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hot tub thermostat was not working properly,had to turn it off to avoid it continuing to get hotter. Floors were dirty as if they had only been spot cleaned. Pool table is extremely un-level, to the point it was not even worth playing. Overall I enjoyed our stay. Even with these few complaints it did not ruin our weekend, but recommend your attention to them.

Elk Springs Cupids Arrow Gatlinburg TN

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Elk Springs Resort (Cupids Arrow) cabin in Gatlinburg for a long weekend. The cabin was really nice and clean but the privacy was NOT so great. Everything in the cabin was in great shape except the dishwasher was broken. The cabins in this area are built VERY close together, so if you are looking for privacy this area is not for you. The cabin was however very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (7 minutes), but we would gladly sacrifice the convenience factor for privacy.

Why a basketball hoop out front?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing you notice upon getting there is the basketball hoop over the front porch. Why? Just why? It seems to take away from how cute the cabin is. The place was clean and cozy. Our fireplace did not work when we got there. We made a pbone call and it fixed wothin the hour. With all the wood you hear every step, every creak. Maybe some area rugs in the bedrooms could muffle the sounds. There are no private conversations inside. You can hear what's going on upstairs from downstairs and vice versa. The pool table was fun. It has veen used a lot so a few of the bumpers have lost some bounce and one pocket hangs at an odd angle. Those were just the quirks of the table that you had to remember as you played. Overall we had a fun experience. It was great for the three of us.
