À propos du quartier

Gatlinburg

Nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful has windows from floor to ceiling. Too bad they were filthy and had tons of spider webs in the corners. Very disappointing. Deck also needs a good pressure washing. (I understand you are in the woods but this is years of build up) The huge waterfall shower head looked nice, but wouldn’t stop dripping even if you didn’t use it for days. Everything else was pretty clean.

Thank you for your review! We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful cabin and found it clean overall. We apologize that the windows, exterior, and deck did not meet your expectations, as well as the issue with the shower head. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. We appreciate your comments and truly hope to welcome you back for an even better stay.

Badly needed vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 week getaway vacation. I had a great time. Close, but not too close to town and enjoyed the private location. The Elks Springs company communicated very well via text and email. I was well prepared when I saw the first of several black bears and ground hogs that roamed the area. With a little common sense and some respectful distance, they truly added to the back-to-nature experience. I would highly recommend Elk Springs for the mountain-cabin vacation. Thanks guys!
