Conduire à Gatlinburg seulement 8 miles ou courir jusqu'à Dollywood pour quelques tours amusants. Filthy& Extremely Hot

Me and my family spent the entire stay in extreme hit temperature 82 degrees and the places was filthy dishes dirty and sticky, the pull sofa mattress was filthy full of food crumbs, dog food and candy and there was bloody stains all over the mattress and only offers to put a sheet cover over the stains no has contacted me in regards the complaints the last night stay you all wait until after 9pm for a tech to look at the a/c issues I am not happy with our overall experience waste of money

No Wifi the Whole Time

Not what we were expecting. My one family vacation a year event and it really stressed me out to the point I had anexity the whole time. The wifi did not work at all the whole time we were there. I communicated the issue and it was not resolved. Having to drive out of cabin just to use your phone to check where to take the family out too was not a pleasant experience. I was honestly hoping for some sort of discount for the inconvenience but none was offered. The A/C went out on the last day there but that was fixed that same night I was highly thankful for that.

Bears!

Cabin was very nice. We loved the wraparound porch, loft game room and fire pit. Really excited to see bears three times from the porch looking down the hill. Would recommend the cabin for your next stay.

Great Spot

Great little spot and location. Not too far from all the main attractions. Not ideal for electric car. There was not an outside plug close to the car that worked. My 2 cents to the owner - The home needs some serious deep cleaning and dusting. The sheets and comforters need a deep wash too. However, overall we had a lovely stay.

Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Wet Bear Paws and it was wonderful! Clean, secluded, and quiet. We brought our 2 dogs and everyone had a good time. The view was mostly wooded, not the mountains but it was still beautiful.

The staff was extremely helpful with booking and check in. The cabin had enough stocked in the kitchen to make staying in and cooking pretty convenient. Grill was clean and the gas tank was full. Already planning a second trip!

Tennessee Get Away

This location needs to take some time to do some cleaning! There was still crumbs on the floor in the corners of the rooms. And the more you looked around and started looking in the cupboards, there was left over trash and wrappers left behind. The pull out couch was littered with crumbs and food wrappers.

Wet bear paws

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin, well appointed. Comfy bedrooms. Great hot tub. Fire pit was a plus! Driveway was a bit treacherous due to the steep incline but was able too negotiate with a little caution. Upstairs game room and the cubby beds upstairs were gone eat for kids! Couch was a bit worn but workable. Toilet in full bath needed some securing to the floor but worked fine.

Recent stay at Wet Bear Paws

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time being with our family. The house was nice, but nowhere near what it looks like in the pictures -- very deceiving. I suggest more honesty in the advertising.

The cabin itself was nice, needs maintenance for sure like the bathroom door didn’t lock for privacy, spiders webs were terrible all over the place, windows and floors were super dusty and nasty. I don’t think anybody has been cleaning there for years. This cabin needs for TCL for sure and I think the should care more about Customers being comfortable and happy enjoying vacation instead of worrying about spiders being somewhere dirty.

Family Getaway

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Wet Bear Paws. The location was perfect for our family to enjoy Gatlinburg and the National forest, while staying away from the crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space. The cabin needs a serious deep cleaning & we would have appreciated some household necessities that we’ve had in all other vrbos that we’ve stayed in the past. We traveled from Ohio to get here & had to go buy household items that I would have thought would have been provided (dish soap, trash bags, etc). So just keep in mind if you are traveling here, to pack that stuff ahead of time or be prepared to make some runs to the store. Otherwise, the cabin was quaint and cute & the porch won my heart. My 5 year old & husband also enjoyed the games up in the loft and the baby (1.5 year old) enjoyed the open floor plan to run around!

Great but in need of a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was as advertised. Sits at the top of a very steep hill - very steep. Pet friendly which was great but the grassy area right outside of the cabin was way too small to walk our dog and at such an extreme angle that it was a little scary. Check for ticks after each walk - we pulled 12 off after one walk down the driveway and down the street and back. Location was great. Cleanliness - disappointing. Found mouse poop in the kitchen drawers - immediately washed all the dishes/silverware we would be using. Overdue for a very thorough spring cleaning!! TV was non-functional in living room - didn't try them in any other room. Cobwebs in corners with spiders and dead bugs. Dirty windows. Pool table missing some balls - huge disappointment because that was one of the reasons we booked this cabin (this was mentioned in reviews that were more than 6 months old - someone needs to read the reviews and pay attention). Otherwise - clean and not dusty or smelly. Loved the fire pit. Gas grill worked great. Fridge was very clean. Oven worked well. A/C was great. Bathtub and toilets were clean. Linens on beds were clean and beds were comfortable. Did not use the hot tub but it looked super clean. Overall – enjoyed our weekend and would recommend. Aunt Bug's staff was outstanding - had a really great experience and very happy with the customer service I received with each interaction.

Weekend with Friends

We had a great time at the cabin. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. Our a/c was not working when we arrived. We called the office and we had someone fixing it that night. The fire pit was great and the cabin was scenic, comfortable, and quiet. Also the location was good with 20-30 minute drives to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. It was the perfect place to stay.

Cozy Cabin

Great place to stay with friends or even a family!! We spent hours playing pool and enjoying the hot tub outside! The king size bed was super comfortable! If you are thinking about getting in the jetted tub the hot tub is definitely the better choice, there was not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub up to be enjoyable! Also the pictures do not show construction is happening across from the cabin so it did get a bit loud in the daytime. But the place was lovely and cozy definitely would stay again!!!

Not the cleanest

We enjoyed our stay, however the property needs a thorough cleaning and minor repairs. There was cob webs and dust in all areas and the floors were dirty. There was something splattered on the wall in the bathroom near the trash can. Several door knobs were loose and falling off and did not lock.

There was pros and cons to this property. Overall it is a cute cabin and suites our needs. The cleanliness of the cabin however was something to be desired- the floors were dirty- cob webs all over- there stuff in the tub. The tub did not drain very well at all- no I never contacted the property manager though. I would recommend again if they would clean it much better! The mindful of the driveway when booking - it is very steep and there is a pot hole that we kept hitting bc it was soo dark. The lighting outside was very minimal.
