All the things you need.

Easy check in. Apartment was super cute with lovely garden views. Beds were very comfortable and I had a great sleep and I am not usually a good sleeper away from home. The shower was nice and hot. Next time I will stay longer.

Quite location

Quite location 5 min to local shopping centre and some cafes and resturants internet at the apartments is non existant they say it variable depending on aparatment location generally just hopeless.

This is the second time i stayed and i had a lovely 'apartment', kitchen, lounge, laundry and small outdoor garden courtyard downstairs and huge bedroom with queen up. Plus single bed in alcove and ensuite. Such a shame they r changing to backpacker accommodation at the end of march 2018.

Comforts of

I stayed here because of it's proximity to the australian maritime college but it is also perfect for exploring the Tamar valley, and the esk region. 5 minutes from rhe centre of Launceston and both Coles and woolies close by. There are several styles of rooms, the beds r super comfy and the kitchen facilities are great

Lovely Place

My Girlfriend and I had 1 night here and was very impressed on presentation and how clean it was. staff was very friendly and was happy to provide us with recommendations for dinner. when we re visit Tasmania we will stay here

A gem in Launceston.

Nothing was a trouble. Our late arrival was covered. We are sorry we didn’t have time to enjoy the accommodation as it was an overnight stay but it will be our base when we return to Launceston

Quiet location and private outdoor seating

Good location, not too far from the CBD. Comfy beds and clean overall. The shower and mixers in general can use an upgrade.

We had a nice unit which was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was quiet and easy to get to places. Not far from the main city centre.

The apartment was good overall . Only one issue - a fan in the kitchen is required to extract the fumes when you cook. I had to open the doors on both sides to get the air flow

Fantastic! a home away from home

Caroline is so lovely and helpful that although I was away in a different state, I felt that all my needs were taken care of and Caroline and Mark friendly manner made all the difference. I am coming back in July'17!!!!

Exceeded Expectations

I was little worried about what to expect after reading a few not so good reviews on trip advisor. But the moment we opened the door to our apartment they were set aside. Out unit was spotlessly clean, had great heating, bed was comfy and it was great value for money, staff were really frieindly and ultra efficent too.

I have stay too many hotels this rates right near rock bottom not cleanest dirty carpet needs replacing microwave button came off in hand didn't work anyway whole unit needs a second coat of paint to cover that shabby job of must be undercoat door to balcony very hard to open and a 19'inch tv all to be greeted by an unfriendly ady at check in who obviously did not care all in all never again what a dump

Great location attractive old English surrounds.

Very obliging owners. Due to misinformation from Wotif we were not close to airport (30 minutes) and marooned on long weekend but owners settled us in and drove us over to the airport to pick up our rental next morning at no cost. It otherwise would have been a real problem and expense for us. Very comfortable, plenty of space and the old English surrounds were quite lovely. Very convenient location definitely recommended.

I chose this accommodation for it's proximity to our travel plan. Being just out of Launceston city the rates were very reasonable, even with booking fee from the internet. My son & I took one room with a queen & single bed, suited us fine for one night. We didn't use the laundry. Stayed in room 3 which was a downstairs in a block. Outside a sliding door we had a small, but pleasant seating area overlooking a kind of wetland area where native hens roamed freely.

Excellent stay at Alanvale Apartments.

We arrived at Reception and was booked in by a very nice lady. Our apartment was a little dated but it had everything that we needed. Large spacious rooms and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom had laundry facilities and kitchen had a full oven with 4 hotplates. Ample parking facility close to Apartment. We would definately recommend Alanvale Apartments to everyone and would stay there again next time visiting Tasmania.

Goo clean facilities, excellent for family travel.

Great place to take the family for a holiday, the units are self contained with separate and complete kitchen and laundry. the cottage we rented had 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and additional toilet, always good when carting kids. the grounds are nice and it was very quiet.

Very convenient location to everything

Room was adequate for our needs however upgrading or refurbishing is long overdue. Perfect location to the major attractions, shops and amenities.
