We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay.

The kitchen is bright and modern, with ample counter space, white cabinets, and all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) on the main floor.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed on the main floor.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower only) and the breaker box located in the room.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 3 with a shower only.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the main floor.

Living Areas:
The cozy living room includes a plush sofa, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV, with easy access to the deck for indoor-outdoor living. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, offering ample seating and a picturesque view of the lake.

Exit I-81 at Exit 101 toward State Route 660.
Head east on State Route 660 for approximately 1.5 miles

Turn left on honeysuckle, house will be on your right

The property is conveniently located less than 2 miles from Interstate 81 (I-81), providing quick access to major routes and regional attractions.

Parking:
Guests can park in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 3 cars. A parking diagram will be included in the listing for your convenience.

Trash is to be stored in bins at the top of the drive way where guests will park.
TV service is roku for the guests to stream, please logout of platforms that you may have used.
Guests have access to propane grill.
-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.
Guests can park in driveway and can fit 3 cars, diagram will be in listing.

-Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
