This brand new, modern apartment is located in a tranquil Edgartown neighborhood and includes all the amenities needed for a relaxing, enjoyable trip to the Vineyard. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked and has a large island with stools for casual dining. A cozy, comfortable living room has plenty of seating for watching television or playing games during your downtime. Behind a glass partition is a full bath and luxurious sleeping space with a queen bed. The downstairs "mudroom" has a laundry area that is exclusively for your use. The small second-story deck is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee on quiet mornings, and there's a dedicated outdoor space with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The neighborhood's tennis court is just a few steps up the road for tennis or pickleball, and a peaceful ten-minute walk brings you to Morning Glory Farm for fresh produce, coffee, baked goods and so much more. Downtown Edgartown and Katama are only a short drive (or bike) away.

Very cute place for a weekend stay! Just be aware that it’s a 45 minute walk into downtown Edgartown. We loved renting bikes and riding back and forth! Be sure to visit Morning Glory farm just a short bike ride away.

Another great stay here, but I wish the apartment was stocked better. The lotion and body wash were almost empty upon arrival (the host filled up the soap after asking), there was no bottled water (we had to drink tap, which tasted fine), and there were no to-go coffee cups (just the plastic tops). We didn’t have any of these issues the first time, so I think there was just a lack of preparation between guest stays. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would recommend for couples wanting a quiet getaway.

Hi Surayya - I’m sorry your stay was less than ideal. We do our best to keep things stocked but sometimes things slip through the cracks. You had requested an early check-in so we did our best to try and make that happen for you. We have never stocked bottled water at the apartment because our tap water is clean and perfectly safe to drink. We also no longer keep disposable coffee cups because we’re trying to be more environmentally friendly; so instead we have travel mugs.

1st MVY trip for hubby

Super cute and clean studio apartment! Everything you could need was provided by the host (even items for the beach). My husband and I were in and out throughout the week, enjoying all that Martha's Vineyard had to offer. Perfect little place for us! Happy that my husband's first time to MVY included this home!

This place is an apartment over the garage. It is brand new and it is just the cutest. Decorated perfectly and had all the amenities if you forgot something. The couch and bed were super comfortable. I normally stay in downtown Edgartown and this was my first time staying a little further away but it is still close to everything. Grace provided great communication with questions prior to arriving. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If I didn’t have 3 kids in high school back home or a job, I would book it for the summer! 10/10

Excellent Apartment

This apartment is new, clean, well equipped and quiet. The owner has clearly thought about everything you may need for your stay and has made those things available to you. The apartment and the owner are both very nice, and we highly recommend this property. The property is located about 7 minutes from downtown Edgartown. We did not have a car, so we took Uber/Lyft which was about 14. The VTA #6 is a 10 min walk away and runs every hour. You may time your departure by watching the #6 progress on vta.mytransitride.com. We will definitely book this property when we return. It was a pleasure. Thank you!

The rental is perfect for two. The space is very comfortable … the kitchen is ready for breakfast and well equipped to “cook in” .The location gets you up-island easily - while you have downtown Edgartown minutes from your door.
