Maison nouvellement construite à Edgartown, sur l'île de Martha's Vineyard, à distance de marche de l'étang Sengekontacket. Les meubles sont tous neufs et il y a un grand jardin pour se divertir, ainsi que sur la piste cyclable et à proximité de State et de South Beach. La maison se trouve dans une zone très boisée et à 8-10 minutes en vélo ou 30 minutes à pied du centre d'Edgartown avec ses musées, restaurants et galeries d'art. Le propriétaire a récemment terminé la décoration et l'ameublement de la maison en utilisant les services d'un décorateur professionnel et de la climatisation centrale récemment installée et de tous les nouveaux comptoirs en granit.

Really nice comfortable home. Very well outfitted. We loved the fireplace and Stephen was super accommodating to our ever changing plans.

Quick weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property! We were on island for a quick weekend getaway and this home was comfortable, clean, and close to everything. A five minute drive into Edgartown and a 10 minute drive to oak bluffs. Communication with the owner/manager was easy. We would definitely stay again!

Greatly enjoyed our stay!

The property was a dream- check in/check out and communication were prompt and clear. The house was well laid out for my young family, easy to figure out where things in the kitchen were stored, it was quiet (so great for kids sleeping) and we appreciated all the extras (high chair and pack and play!). Thank you- we will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to the vineyard!

Good location a couple miles from a very busy Edgartown- nice to sit on the peaceful front porch. Also, great outdoor shower. Great communication and easy check in.

Great home base

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I loved how it’s a short drive from downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven, so we really got to explore the island.

Everything was Great

My family shared with me that I did a great job finding this home. We would definitely return! Since we were attending a wedding and came from the West Coast, we needed a iron and ironing board. My recommendation would be to provide a standard size ironing board that is adjustable in height. The one provided sits on a table and isn’t easy to use.

Wonderful home - everything beat expectations

We were there for 3-nights and wish we could have stayed all summer. Kitchen has everything you need - house was spotless. Great location close to everything but off the main drag so it was very quiet. Had the weather cooperated we would have loved to use the bikes, kayaks and/or beach paraphernalia that was in the basement. Check in was easy. Fantastic few days in Martha's Vineyard!

We stayed at this property with my our family to attend my son's wedding in Edgartown. Location was perfect! House was super cute and clean. Had everything we needed would highly recommend this house.

Comfortable home. Met our needs. Outdoor furniture could use a refresh. Not really walkable to downtown Edgartown. Suggest bringing bikes or car to more easily get around. 11 AM check out would be preferred. I should have asked owner ahead of time.

Short but Sweet Trip to Martha's Vineyard

We were only in town for two nights but really enjoyed our stay! The house was very neat and orderly as well as the nice landscaping! We did not have a car so, initially, getting to where we wanted to go was a bit of a challenge and Ubers are scarce this time of year. When we realized that a bus stop was at the end of the road it made all the difference in how we felt. From that point on, we had no issues coming and going. We also used a taxi when dealing with our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

Great House in the Heart of MV

My family and I just enjoyed a 10-day stay at this lovely house conveniently located between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The house was immaculate and had plenty of nice amenities. We visited State Beach several times and were able to utilize some items from the house: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and a cooler. There were kayaks and bikes locked away, but it might be possible to have the owner provide access. The upstairs beds (queen and king room) were very comfortable. We utilized the central AC several times on the vacation, and it kept those rooms cool. The downstairs room was used by two of our kids. It often got warm, but usually by the evening a little breeze would cool the room off. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked meals quite often. There was no ice maker but plenty of trays to make ice for the day. Overall, this is a beautifully renovated home on a quiet street away from the bustle of the towns. However, we had easy access to the three major towns with everything we could need. I highly recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay on the island for an extended stay.

Great home base on the island!

My family had the best stay here. We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to all stay together, Stephen was very responsive and helpful. Even suggested a great spot for lunch once we arrived. House was clean and looked just like the pictures, we loved hanging on the deck and porch. Definitely recommend!

49 7th street was he perfect location for our MV stay for Christmas in Edgartown. The house was immaculate and so spacious. Steven was great to work with too!

We love this property as it is very close to the bike path and Sengecontacket Pond but also very private as our lost has woods in front and in back and very close to Edgartown Center and Oak Bluffs.
