We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and well kept, it was close to everything we wanted to see. We only had one issue with the bathtub spout coming off but communication with the owner was immediate and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family and I would also stay there again in the future. Friends from Vegas

The property was just as described. I would give it a 5 star rating except for just a few minor issues. 1. The air conditioner was very loud. Sounded like a helicopter was over the house when it was on.2. There was no dresser to put your clothes in, in one bedroom.3. No chair in the bedrooms to put your socks on in the morning. (Old people need a chair! LOL)4. No shelving for bathroom things in the bathroom.Again this is minor, but would keep me from giving this home a five star rating. But I would give it a solid 4!

Nice Short Trip!

Met the owner of the home and she was very welcoming. House was exactly as described in the listing. Close to the attractions we were interested to see. The neighborhood was not what we are used to but the area shows signs of development. We would rent from this owner again if the opportunity was given.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Everything was clean and new and of the highest quality. If you want to impress your partner or friends, this is the place in Memphis. Close to everything! Even though it is on the corner of two decent sized roads, you couldn’t hear any traffic at night. Super easy check in/out. Owned very attentive and quick to respond to questions!

Memphis stay

My family and I had a good experience at this new home in Memphis. It was very clean and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The location was near to everything we wanted to do. My husband and I are in our 80’s, and getting on to an extremely tall bed was a challenge every night and the lighting in the bathrooms was very poor, making it difficult to see in the mirrors. Our 50 year old children did not have these problems. I would recommend this home for younger people with good eyesight!

Great modern place with lovely hosts!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was modern and clean throughout, with good beds in all the rooms.One minor plumbing issue was resolved swiftly with easy communication. CC was kind and courteous throughout our stay.Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Graceland Adventure

We had a wonderful time in Memphis. The house was perfect and close to places we wanted to see. The hostess, Cetera, always replied quickly to emails. She was very helpful. We loved Graceland and took a bus tour of Memphis that was great. We ate breakfast every morning at “Sunrise Memphis” which was wonderful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great trip!

Comfy beds

The house was great. The two queen beds were very comfortable. Very easy check in and out. The only issue was that the floors needed mopping. I walked around barefoot and the bottom of my feet were extremely dirty. Comfortable house. We had no issues with location.

Enjoyable Weekend Stay!

We enjoyed our time in Memphis, the property was easy to get to and within a reasonable distance to everything we wanted to see and/or visit. The beds were comfortable and the house was set up very nicely with everything we could need and the owner was quick to respond to messages and checked it with us before and after our stay. Would highly recommend and would book again if we get a chance to return to Memphis.

We enjoyed ourselves! We had a great experience in the house, it was in a good area close to everything we needed to get to. It exceeded our expectations. Thank you for giving us a good place to stay and we will definitely be back!
