Host allowed us to check in early which is super helpful! Itâs an established home that is very well kept and clean. Love that it is in a very nice area that we feel safe in. House is stocked with everything you need. This was our second time booking here and as long as itâs available when we make the trip, this will be our go to.
Beautiful and clean home in a lovely neighborhood . The home had everything. We needed for a comfortable stay. The house is close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!
Excellent property in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Memphis. The fenced yard was ideal for my ada compliant service dog giving him a bit of room to run free. The house was very clean ( great job done by cleaning staff)Stephne was an exceptional communicator which was very helpful.
Was in Memphis visiting family and enjoyed this gem close to everything our family needed. Itâs a lovely home with loads of charm. Really happy with our stay and will stay here again.
Location was nice and quiet. House was cute and clean. Backyard was great for our pup. All in all, it is comfortable house that I would recommend for your next trip.
Older house in a safe (one of our concerns) quiet neighborhood. Nicely updated and really felt like home. Worked great for me, my wife and our dog during our three night stay. Comfortable bed, big fenced yard, shopping and dining within a mile of house, and within 15-20 minute drive to all the tourist spots in Memphis. One of the better VRBO homes we've rented and we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
The host made everything very simple and had everything available that was needed. The pack n play was very helpful during bedtime for our 1 year old, and was one less thing for us to cram into the car with 2 other kids. The house was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the Children's Museum of Memphis, which was a hit!
Stephne was a wonderful host! The home was perfectly situated with all the necessary items. Everyone was comfortable and felt safe in the home. We had a great time in Memphis!
Our son is graduating from Medical school and he what they call a âMatchâ ceremony, that we attended, to see where he will do his residency. The stay was great since it was close to our event.
Was in town for the St. Jude marathon and stayed with my family here. This was a nice clean finish place in a great neighborhood and centrally located to a lot of great places. The host was great with any questions as well. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Memphis again!
Still loving this rental for my annual visit to my hometown. Conveniently located to go in any direction in Memphis and surrounding areas. House is comfortable and meets all my needs.
A nice clean and comfortable house close to UofM and downtown.
A group of us stayed here for the NCAA tournament. It was a perfect home base as it was a nice quiet and safe neighborhood but close enough to downtown. The owner communicated with us throughout to make sure everything was ok. A highly recommended place to stay for a trip to Memphis.
Definitely a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and Memphis attractions. Comfortable beds, convenient laundry room, and plenty of room to stretch out in the family room.
My only mistake was not checking that the home was pet friendly and unfortunately my daughter had allergy issues during our stay. Otherwise a great stay.
This was our second stay at this wonderful house. Suffice it to say, it will not be our last. Over a variety of lodging experiences in Memphis, we havenât found a better combination of location, comfort, convenience, security and value than this great house. Stephneâs impeccable hosting is the real difference maker. Already looking forward to our next experience here.
Stephne is so friendly, great communication. Was able to answer all the questions I had and even reach out during our stay to make sure things were going well. Will definitely stay here again if I make my way back to Memphis!
I visit my hometown annually usually in hotels, until finding this awesome house on a quiet, safe street in a very central location. I could easily visit friends and family nearby and go up and down Walnut Grove to Germantown/Collierville to visit everyone else. It had everything I needed for a good night sleep and lounge around in-between my activities. Highly recommend!
This is the way to stay! Its charm and coziness wrap around you as you enter. The spacious family room is comfortable and inviting. A well-appointed kitchen adjacent to it allowed for a homelike experience. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a French press there. Yay! I got to have my morning coffee as I do at home. Each of us had our own bedroom, another plus. Stephane was easily available by phone or text and quickly responsive. It was a wonderful stay.
Hi I am Stephne. I am originally from Nashville. I love to travel and prefer private homes over hotels any day of the week. That is what lead me to want to be a host myself. I love having to opportunity to host people from all over the world. I love meeting new people and I hope to meet you someday as either a guest or a host. Happy Travels.
I love this charming home away from home. My family and I stay here often while visiting my daughter who attends the University of Memphis. It has such a cozy feel and since it was built in the 1940 it is full of quirky character. I love the backyard and quiet street. I feel very safe whenever I stay here. Another favorite is I can walk to Brother Juniper's for breakfast.
This home is located in a quaint neighborhood on a quiet street but it is still close to all the attractions and action. You can do all the things that make Memphis great and then retreat home for some peace and quiet.
