House rules:

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations by only parking in the driveway and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Guests are permitted 2 spots.

2. No Pets allowed.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the Airbnb!

5. No parties or events.

6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6.

7. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dining spaces. Please load the dishwasher or wash the dishes before check out.

8. Dispose of all garbage in trash bins. The dumpsters are located throughout the association. Please reach out to host if you need directions.

9. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
