Welcome to a San Diego oasis! Our beautiful home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a stunning blend of classic structure and modern amenities. Dive into a space filled with natural light, comfortable seating, and a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Enjoy some alfresco dining in our entertaining-friendly backyard or unwind in the cozy living area with a smart TV. With the entire property to yourself and a strictly no-smoking policy, it's a true retreat. Note: Garage space is reserved and inaccessible to guests.

No Smoking:
Our property is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas.
No Pets:
We love animals, but unfortunately, our property is not equipped to host pets of any kind.
No Parties or Events:
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No Third-Party Bookings:
The individual who makes the reservation must be one of the guests staying in the property. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
Maximum Occupancy:
This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.
Garage Access:
The garage is off-limits to all guests and is not included in the rental.
Check-Out Procedure:
Please follow the check-out instructions provided in the home. This includes taking out the trash, washing the dishes, and leaving the property in good condition.
Accidental Damage:
In case of any accidental damage to the property or its contents, please report it to our team immediately. Additional fees may apply.
Responsible Person:
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and is considered the responsible person who is required to ensure all guests follow these house rules.
Outdoor Spaces:
Please use the backyard and other outdoor areas responsibly and in line with all other house rules.
Additional Amenities:
Feel free to use all provided amenities, but kindly return them to their original locations before departure.
Security:
For the safety of our property and neighbors, unauthorized visitors are not permitted on the premises.
