CALENDAR AVAILABILITY NOTE - Please note that we may restrict check in dates too far in advance. This is to prevent large gaps that are harder to fill. If you have a booking request in the future that says "60 night minimum" or "90 night minimum", please reach out to see if we can accommodate this request with a 30-day minimum or to find out when these dates will be released.
Our house in Corona Del Mar (CDM) is located on a quiet block close to the Village of CDM. It is a back unit, but is located off of the street so there is no alley entrance and feels more open than other back units. There are 3 floors: on the ground floor, there is a carport that can be accessed from the alley and can accommodate 2 cars. Street parking is plentiful and free.
The entrance is on the ground floor, but then proceeds up to the 2nd floor where the main dining and living area and Bedroom 1/Bathroom 1 are located, along with the kitchen, Bathroom 3 (half bathroom), a juliette balcony off the dining area, and a spacious covered patio off the living room.
Bedroom 2 and Bathroom 2 are located on the top floor, along with a top deck patio with peaceful views of the neighborhood and peekaboo views of the ocean.
Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee. All stays of 90 days or more include a bi-monthly cleaning at no additional cost.
