An ideal stay for fun-loving families and beach enthusiasts! This 1,600 sq ft duplex within a Spanish-style villa offers you a slice of coastal bliss just a block from the PCH (CA-1), Californiaâs famous coastal highway!
The home is open and bright with a full modern kitchen for preparing meals and a dining room with a table to seat 8 to enjoy them plus, a high chair for your little one! Thereâs a comfy living room with a sink-in-and-relax type sofa for a chill movie night beside the gas fireplace.
Youâll have all youâd need for a comfortable beachy stay with 4 bedrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Three rooms upstairs, all with queen -sized beds, two with ensuite bathrooms, and thereâs a wet bar and mini-fridge in the hall, so you donât need to go up and down for snacks and refreshments!
The 4th room is downstairs with a double bed and a full bathroom across the hall. Thereâs a washer and dryer in the garage for added convenience. There are beach towels, some beach essentials, and room for your car in the garage (although itâs likely youâll walk around to enjoy this charming town!)

It's a slice of coastal sophistication with a laid-back vibe, perfect for relaxation and exploration.

The best means of transportation is by car. You can hire private transport (Towncar) if youâre not driving. There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis.
Guests will need to climb stairs as itâs a 2-story home.
We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
Thereâs no daily housekeeping service, but if youâd like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
