The view was amazing .. the decor was cute .. however the space is dated and needs painting..and the storm door would not close properly and we saw roaches

Usually my VRBOs are communicating with a person not property management. Kees felt that way. I received a text, so I asked where we take trash. No answer but around 9 got a text if the buildings trash was picked by the city. I should’ve used the app to communicate. The view was great, place clean, beds fine, lots of space. Hardest part was noise above us. A couple brought 3 preteen kids. They jumped on beds, ran around. We survived. Thanks

Property was as pictured. We enjoyed our time and being on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view!

Great place

Great location, beautiful view and very comfortable place. Pool was perfect for granddaughter who is 7. 3 and 4 feet was perfect and we had it to ourselves the whole time!

Great location. Nice furniture. The view is obstructed by brown wood railings, The entire ceiling in the kitchen needed to be painted as they had put in new ceiling drywall. There were rat droppings under the sink on top of the cutting board. There was something black stuck to the ceiling 0coming out of the air registers. Roaches. Red ants on the porch. Outside furniture is mildewed.

Not the condo we reserved

Day prior to our stay we were notified our reserved condo was not available. After a few conversations a good alternative was offered. Didn’t quite have the view of the original location. The replacement accommodations were very nice. Centrally located to all of the OBX activities.

Overall good but needs improvements.

Our condo was very outdated and if you don’t do steps this in not the place for you. Also it needs a boardwalk to the beach. Overall it was clean, quiet and no issues with anything.

Beach Getaway

A couple hitches at check in that were resolved quickly with great customer service. Lovely unit, great beach views and Atlantic sunrises. Private access makes walks on the beach so easy.

Nice condo

Lovely location super convenient to the beach as well as stores/restaurants. It is right next to a hotel, but with private parking and a private walkway to the beach, it was no problem!

May Getaway!

Very nice unit and proximity to the beach can't be beat! Close to a hotel and a public beach access which was very busy, which took away some privacy when sitting on the deck. Check in and out process was very easy and well communicated ahead of time. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we enjoyed our first time at the Outer Banks and would stay here again!

Outer Banks spring vacation

Our stay was great. Very comfortable, extremely clean, conveniently located directly across from the Wright brothers memorial, and we loved being directly on the beach. All of us agreed that it was perfect.

This was a great condo is an excellent location! We loved the outdoor deck and views especially. It was well kept and we had a great time. We will be back for sure!

Great location, but needs a good cleaning

Great location across from the Wright Memorial and right on the beach. Could really use a good cleaning. There was a fair amount of dirt on the floors, drawers, and countertops. The decorative pillows need to be washed. Both bathrooms really need to be scrubbed from top to bottom.
