Welcome to Bunny's Rental at Admirals View III by KEES Vacations!

Decisions, decisions...Should you make your way to the oceanfront pool and soak up the rays in one of those comfy sun loungers or walk down the steps to the golden sands of the Outer Banks beach? Sink your toes in the sand, do some bodysurfing or even catch up on your summer reading. It's definitely a tough choice. How about one option one day and the other option the next day? After all, it's your vacation - you can do anything you want!

A lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo awaits you regardless of your choice. The comfortable living room greets you with sofas to enjoy along with a flat screen TV with DVD. Watch your favorite movie or just hang out together exchanging stories, laughs and creating new memories. The oceanfront deck is perfect for enjoying those cool ocean breezes and watching the star-filled sky over the Outer Banks.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and everything else you need to create a simple snack of finger foods or a full meal to enjoy together. A breakfast bar with two bar stools ensures the chef will never be lonely.

You can all sit down and enjoy a delicious meal together at the pretty oval dining table with cushioned seating for 6. Bring back the lost art of dinner conversation!

Guests get to choose between the Queen En Suite with its own full bathroom or a bedroom with a Twin and Double bed. There is another full bathroom in the hallway.

This Admiral's View III condo is the perfect place to enjoy the Outer Banks with your friends and family. In addition to the community pool and easy access to the beach, guests can also use the community outdoor showers, and a coin laundry washer and dryer on the ground level of the complex.

Being centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, you will have easy access to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Everything is better at the beach, so give us a call today to book your next adventure!

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.

Loved the location - you look out from the balcony and the beach is right in front of you , and there's a pool !! Rooms were clean and spacious. We were on the third floor and there's no elevator, so be prepared to get in lots of steps!! We will definitely be back!!

This condo has a wide and gorgeous ocean view from the deck. There are very comfy chairs on the deck and a nice sized table to enjoy your meals on the deck. The beds are very comfortable and we are particular about that. The kitchen has adequate pots, utensils, etc. to allow you to cook your food. The condo is close to 3 grocery stores and several good restaurants.

Bring trash bags. We didn’t realize until check out that there was only 1 and it was super thin. It was nearly impossible to carry it out to the dumpster because it kept ripping.

Absolutely beautiful view of the beach. The unit was very clean. Nice master suite and a huge soaking tub in the guest bathroom. The pool wasn’t open but it looks nice. Just remember you are on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator.

The place was so very clean, perfect for a couple to stay in. It is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, not 3 baths as the listing stated. The lock code needs to be replaced, I had to get about 5 different codes because previous ones didn't work. It is on the 3rd floor and no elevator, there is a owners lift for your stuff and it would be nice to have been able to use that but some renters don't take care of things and if they got stupid (they are out there) the liability would be bad, so I get it. It has a million-dollar view and a nice pool. It was not pool weather for us but in the summer, it looks great. Just to sit on the deck and stare at the waves is so relaxing. Well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed out stay there. I do recommend this place for no more than 4 people. Nice beds as well.
