You'll feel tucked away in this safe, family-friendly neighborhood in a prime location with easy access to freeway I15/80, downtown, the universities, hospitals, ski areas, and a wide range of other attractions, amenities and shopping centers.
The main floor offers an eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. The kitchen is well-stocked making meal prep easy.
After meals, spill into the living room to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the 65 inch smart TV. There are three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor.
The basement offers additional bedroom/bathroom and living space for relaxing and spreading out. It also offers a Foosball table, and another entertainment area.
The large fenced backyard hot tub and patio offer an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, a game of corn hole, grilling out, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring.

We do have an outside noise monitor device which does not record but will notify us if things get a little too rowdy. Exterior smart locks with cameras at front & side doors monitor driveway, yard, and gate; may briefly view entryway/living space if doors open. They record video/audio on motion or lock use. No indoor cameras.
Property and Pet Waiver is required prior to entry along with insurance purchase. Please let the host know if you are bringing your fur baby with you prior to booking.
Initial supplies provided for you, please replenish as needed for the duration of your stay.
Exterior smart locks with cameras at front & side doors monitor driveway, yard, and gate; may briefly view entryway/living space if doors open. They record video/audio on motion or lock use. No indoor cameras.

When you arrive, the home will be fully stocked with essential supplies to get you started, including toilet paper, hand/dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, and similar items. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

We love this street & neighborhood, it is growing with the recently added Millcreek Common, shops & restaurants. It's quiet here, and yet it's so easy to access the highway, local parks, downtown, ski areas, and the university.

We think you'll love relaxing in the hot tub after being out & about! There are great spaces to relax, eat, have conversation, and play foosball. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need.
