Potential to be a 5 star property but frustratingly falls short. READ ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS! It is a very nice condo centrally located near all points of interest. However the neighborhood is surrounded by the homeless. I coukd create a 100 item punch list also. From missing smoke detectors, no working TV's, slow drains, dirty rugs, to weak water pressures. This place lacks attention to detail. Which is a shame! The host is friendly enough and answered my questions in a timely way. However, most of the issues i had seem to be lingering issues brought up in previous reviews. Not a good look! If someone applied more attention to this property, i would stay again and recommend. Due to the current short coming. I wouldn't do either.

Stay experience

Easy check-in and mostly clean property. We did have an issue with the electric. Something kept blowing the breaker so the downstairs areas and hot tub were without power often and we kept having to flip the breaker which didn't always stay on for long.

The cleaner was late and was there when we arrived to check-in at 4:00 PM - the floors were a mess, there was a hole in the wall, yellow stains all over the floors, and the couch was a mess. We had no towels, no A/C the entire stay, the fuse kept blowing for the bedroom on the first floor every 30 or so minutes, and everything just felt dirty. Nothing ever got fixed despite our constant updates and pleadings for the issues to get resolved. We ended up having to leave a day early because it was that unbearable to stay in that place - I even told them that my dog was overheating from the lack of A/C and yet they still never had a technician come and fix it. The TVs were all missing from the bedrooms as well and the TV remote for the one in the living room was not the right one - in other words, they didn’t even have the right remote for the one TV there so that was great.

Could have been a good stay

Check-in was fine. We had unresolved problems during the stay. TVs are missing from the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom had no lights and smelt of stale cigarette smoke. The bins were full from the last renter and stunk. Plenty of AI responses from the property manager but no action at all during our stay. Shame, as the property was not bad, although the area was popular with the homeless.
