Shorebirds 263 est l'un des rares condos de location de 3 chambres. Le condo a une grande disposition ouverte dans les espaces de vie et offre une vue sur la baie de Monterey, même si elles sont un peu obstruées car le condo se trouve plus loin dans le bâtiment. Avec trois chambres vous avez beaucoup de couchage pour la famille, mais il y a aussi un canapé-lit si vous avez besoin d'un peu plus. Le patio avant reliant la chambre principale et le salon offre une vue sur la baie de Monterey, tandis que le patio arrière situé près de la salle à manger est équipé d'un barbecue.

The bedding, linens, towels, and pillows were stained with blood and other matter. Some were burned with cigarettes, and there was hair all over the bedding. We had to wash ALL the sheets, linens, and towels before we could even think of touching any of it. When we reached out to the Host, there was no response. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very clean, well kept and just as beautiful as the pictures on the website. Loved the close proximity to the beach. The beach was not crowded and enjoyed whale watching. We would definitely consider coming back. One small issue were the chairs on the deck that need to be replaced.

We had a lovely stay in this Pajaro Dunes condo. Steps to the sand and well stocked with everything needed. It was clean and ready on our arrival and the host was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay

We love this location. They have made some beautiful upgrades and the place is lovely. It is also very equipped. That makes the stay so easy and enjoyable. We had a fabulous time and made many wonderful memories.

Great Location

This is the perfect location! Halfway between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We loved the 1 minute walk to the beach. We saw the most beautiful sunsets. Our boys loved running barefoot on the beach and the free access to the basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We loved being able to drink coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in. We will be back!

Beautiful condo by the sea

This is a wonderful place to spend time with family. It includes a large living room and dining space, perfect for sharing meals, playing games, and curling up to watch a movie. The walk to the beach is a quick 30 seconds. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very disappointed with status of condo . Not very well updated . All knives dull , propane tank empty , we had to fix master bedroom door( didn’t shut) patio furniture broken . Bathtub plug doesn’t work . Loft windowsill filled with spider webs and dead bugs

It was a beautiful property, but. .. We had a power outage for over two hours our second evening. There were no flashlights or candles or battery lanterns in the property. Our cell phone lights were insufficient. I would highly recommend having lights that are battery operated available in case of a power outage. Also the gas bbq had “camping stove” propane bottles which ran out of gas right away. It was frustrating trying to cook steaks when the tank ran out of gas right away.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed the property, and we truly appreciate the suggestions. Since your stay, we’ve added four battery-operated lanterns to the condo so guests have reliable lighting in the event of a power outage. Each lantern is labeled so they can be returned to the condo after beach use. Regarding the barbecue, the smaller propane tanks are required under HOA rules—we previously provided larger tanks, but they’re no longer permitted for condominiums. We do keep backup tanks available at the condo, though we understand it can be frustrating to swap them out while in the middle of cooking. Your feedback helps us improve the guest experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Beautiful beach condo, mostly great

This place offered us most of what we needed for a long sisters’ weekend. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Amazingly beautiful views Very close proximity to the beach Quiet, peaceful and safe Full kitchen and lots of plates/utensils Nice patio to sit and watch the ocean Cons: Unclear check in process Poor wifi signal 2/3 rooms had uncomfortable beds Some poorly working or non working appliances (washer/dryer, hand mixer) This place is almost a gem and if some of the “cons” were addressed, it would be incredible and worth revisiting.

Perfect beach getaway

From the large master, to the large table and couch, shorebirds 263 is the perfect getaway. There was a ton of seating, tennis racquets (courts nearby), full kitchen with silverware and everything needed to place your food in. Lots of games to play in cupboards! Shampoo and soap was included with towels. Super comfortable bed with mattress pad. Beautiful views! We went during a storm but we loved being inside and watching the weather and waves crash. First aid kit also included! Great walking path, great accommodations overall and everything was so clean!

Beautiful Beach Condo!

Let me tell you, we absolutely loved this place so much that we couldn’t resist booking an extra day without any hesitation. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Our host, Brandy, was truly amazing—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.The beach condo itself was simply stunning—far beyond what we could have asked for. It was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. There were plenty of soft blankets, fluffy pillows, and fresh towels, ensuring that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. I slept so well, and waking up to that breathtaking view was just the cherry on top!One of the best things about this condo was the private beach access. It made it so easy to enjoy the sand and waves whenever we wanted. We spent our days soaking up the sun, and in the evenings, we watched the most spectacular sunsets. Late-night beach walks under the stars were an unforgettable experience, making our stay even more special.Without a doubt, I’m planning to book this place again in the summer because it was just that perfect. If you’re looking for the ultimate beach getaway, I highly recommend renting this condo—you won’t regret it!! I just want to give a shout to the security gate Larry! He was so nice end professiona!

Ocean serenity

Our family gathered here for our annual event. We loved it! Just steps from the beach which allowed us to catch the beautiful sunsets each evening. The kids had a great time playing in the sand. Thanks a great place for us to get together.

Pleasant location

We had a very nice time, the place was comfortable and the location great. We usually stay at Pelican so it was nice to try a different location. A couple of comments: The Wifi was not secure which is a problem The sink and garbage disposal were clogged and stunk The old toilets are very inefficient with water and use 4 times more water than modern ones…yet there was a sign urging us to save water!!! Great property and beach for kids

Good property. Worked good for kids. They enjoyed the loft and were able to climb up and down on their own (youngest was 4 yrs old). Beach is super close and also great for kids. Waves were not too big and beach is gradually sloping. Property had everything we needed but a spaghetti strainer, but lots of other options to make it work. Lots of bedding and extra blankets. Overall a great stay.

Pleasantly surprised

263 had been upgraded after the pictures on the website were posted. The only issues were the washer/dryer did not work and when we called about it no one returned our call. The other issue was it was somewhat cofusing checking in. I had rented 2 places under my name. When my son arrived before me there was confusion at check-in as to the 2nd rental at Shorebirds.

Absolutely perfect!!!

I happened to stumble upon this place looking for a beach rental for my family (for my birthday). Originally I had booked a unit that was on the 3rd floor (by accident), which my handicapped mother would not be able to access. I called and spoke with Justin the manager, he quickly had a solution which turned out to be a blessing in disguise!! Not only were we now on the ground floor, but our backyard was the ocean!!!! From the moment we stepped on to the property, we were pleased. Everything from the Gate attendant to the locals (we met an amazing couple Sherry and Elliot, and their Dog Hank) was amazing! The unit itself was set up for 8 people, and we all fit very comfortably. It was absolutely super clean, well stocked, more towels then I think our local Walmart has..lol!! They provided tidepods, toiletries, trashbags..you name it, they had it! The Beach (which was literally 50 ft from our unit) was absolutely stunning, clean, pretty much empty and seashells for miles. We saw the most beautiful Sunset over the Santa Cruz beach just to the west of us, had a bonfire at night. Woke up to the sound of crashing waves...I could go on and on...We were able to go south to Monterey for the day (30min) and North to Santa Cruz for the day (also 30min). We will absolutely be making this our annual summer trip for years to come! Also, my Mom (who has high blood pressure) was actually having the best readings she's had for so long, the beach therapy was just what she needed! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful place🥰
