Guests have full access to the entire property, except for the utility closets located on the first floor. While I am not physically present on the property, I am always available and just a quick phone call or message away if you need any assistance during your stay. The home includes one assigned parking spot located behind the property. Guests will also find plenty of free street parking available on the surrounding streets with no permits or meters required. Additionally, a newly added city bike lane runs along the main street in front of the property, making it safe and easy to explore the area by bike or on foot. For your safety and security, this property is equipped with cameras on the premises. A doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and two additional cameras monitor the alleyway. These are exterior-only cameras to ensure privacy while providing added peace of mind during your stay. The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in the kitchen in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area. We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure: - Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection) - Load the dishwasher and start it - Empty all the trash & recycle - Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked - Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure Please be sure to review our house rule section regarding smoking, shoe and other policies.
