Espace de vie trÚs confortable - maison construite en 2000, donc relativement nouvelle par rapport à de nombreuses maisons anciennes récemment rénovées; intérieur fraßchement peint aux deux niveaux inférieurs et à l'étage en 2018 avec des améliorations et améliorations partout !! La cuisine et le sous-sol ont également été améliorés en 2018.

PropriĂ©tĂ© Ă  couper le souffle au bord de l'eau Ă  dix minutes d'Annapolis, dans le Maryland. Remontez dans le temps et profitez des bateaux naviguant tout en profitant des Ă©quipements modernes. Une vue imprenable sur la riviĂšre que vous regardez depuis cette maison construite sur mesure en plan lumineux et ouvert en 2000 (2176 pieds carrĂ©s hors sous-sol) avec une jetĂ©e de 278 pieds sur un terrain privĂ© avec votre propre plage de sable de 50 pieds. Profitez d'une baignade, sortez les kayaks, allez Ă  la pĂȘche ou au crabe ... We stayed at this property with our entire extended family (grandparents, 3 siblings SIL, 2 grandkids). The pictures do not do it justice! The house was immaculate. We loved the big open space downstairs which was perfect for our large group. I did not realize there were balconies on almost every bedroom! The master bedroom is amazing with a full balcony and massive bathroom. There are so many little extras such as books for all ages, stuffed animals, plenty of extra towels and blankets, etc. We played checkers at the kitchen table every night and had some pretty competitive games! The best part of this property is the outside, with an expansive porch, plenty of outdoor seating, a long private dock, and the view of an incredible sunrise. We loved watching the birds and the sailboats go by. Also, the property is very convenient to many stores, but it feels far removed and peaceful at the same time. We are already talking about coming back and wish we could have stayed longer! John is an amazing host and easy to communicate with, and super friendly. I have nothing but praise for this whole experience and can't wait to do it again!

Great vacation

Great location for a summer week of boating on the river with easy docking and quick access to good water. House had great amenities with great cooking and eating area. Very comfortable, beautiful home. Sandy beach is a plus. Even caught some nice crabs.

The setting was perfect. We enjoyed the views, kayaking, and floating in the water.

We were there for my mother's 85th birthday. We had lots of family stay at the house and nearby, the downstairs kitchen area and back deck were perfect for accommodating our entertaining needs. The weather and water were perfect. The house was very clean and John, the owner, was very helpful.

Family Fun

We thought this property was great. It was very clean, had a large kitchen that was well equipped and large enough for 7 adults and one child. The bedrooms were comfortable and equipped with extra linens and towels, if needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and just enjoying the view from the porch. It was a great place for our family to get together.

Great Boating Location

A picturesque view of the river from the covered porch made for a great place to relax and unwind when not out on the water. The house provided easy access to Annapolis which was only a 20-minute drive by car. The kitchen offers a great place to hang out and prepare meals as a family given the size of the breakfast bar/island. We also absolutely loved the new master bathroom with the double shower.

This was the perfect spring break getaway, beautiful and spacious home with an amazing water view!

It was close to home as we live just outside of DC and allowed us plenty of space. We enjoyed cooking and dining outside right by the water. The kayaks and basketball hoop were an added bonus along with the ping pong table for us to have fun together. The leather recliners in the couch were great for naps and TV watching for March Madness! Loved the fully updated master bedroom and bathroom!

Plenty of space for everyone

This house was very well suited for our extended family including an enormous, well-appointed kitchen, huge comfy couches in the LR and lower level family room, big rear porch with an awesome water view, even room to dock our center console. John was extremely flexible and very helpful with any questions or issues. Great memories!

Wonderful property and amazing trip!

Our family reunion spring break trip was absolutely amazing in this extremely clean Severna Park home. The house was set up perfectly for all to enjoy time cooking and playing games in the kitchen/family room. We enjoyed a ton of time playing bocce ball, on the swing set, and tossing the baseball and lacrosse ball in the spacious front yard. The backyard was perfect for relaxing while some family members explored the area on the kayaks and went fishing and crabbing off of the pier. John was amazing to work with when renting this home and we highly recommend this property-you will not be disappointed!!

Comfortable, Cordial, Clean and Convenient!

Our stay at this VRBO home was nothing short of delightful. The owner made us feel welcomed and at ease throughout our stay. The house itself was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was the perfect base for our visit since it was only a short drive to the Naval Academy. The beautiful views of the Magothy River added an extra layer of charm, especially during the spectacular sunrises that are absolutely worth waking up early for. Additionally, this VRBO home proved to be an excellent choice for accommodating both friends and family, with plenty of space to spread out, yet still providing a cozy gathering place on the main floor for our entire group. Overall, this VRBO home provided a memorable and comfortable retreat, and we would eagerly return for another stay.

Beautiful , immaculate, well provisioned home.

This was a beautiful , immaculate, spacious home for our family of 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 3-12 years old. The house was modern, clean and comfortable and well provisioned for a large family gathering and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and bedroom arrangements with the kids rooms close to the parents. The host was responsive to every inquiry. We enjoyed kayaking every day and fishing off the pier. Two kayaks were available with the rental and we brought another with us. We had hoped to enjoy swimming off the dock but the water around the house and in the river were FULL of stinging jelly fish! We were able to swim at the YMCA just a mile from the house and we made use of that on the very hot August afternoons.

Lovely place! We really loved sitting on the porch and looking at the view which is incredible and so peaceful. There are kayaks and a paddleboard to use for exploring which was really fun.

The house was perfect for our low key gentlemen's getaway. The view was incredible, the neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean with plenty of amenities (kayaks, ping pong, well stocked kitchen with some fridge/pantry staples). What we appreciated most though was probably the size and layout of the main floor. It was perfect for us all to be hanging out together whether we were cooking, relaxing on the couch, sitting at the table, or taking in the view from the back deck. Thank you for hosting us!

This was a beautiful home on the water. Very clean and so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the water and the boat activity. We were only a 15 minute drive to USNA for parents weekend. The owner was super nice and quick to respond.

From start to finish, our stay was fantastic. The host was incredibly friendly and provided a smooth check-in, with a full explanation of all the property’s amenities. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully stocked for all kinds of waterfront fun.Inside, everything was extremely comfortable—especially the high-quality mattresses and linens, which made for restful nights after busy days. We woke up to stunning sunrises each morning and enjoyed peaceful, gorgeous evenings by the water.The waterfront was ideal for our family. Was looking for a place near Baltimore, near the airport and on the Bay. This home did not disappoint. House was great, well stocked, and as advertised. Owner (John) was easy to communicate and work with and offered suggestions for surrounding activities, dinner, etc. A great open concept, large basement/rec area, and water access made for a great time away with our large family. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is great and looks just like photos. Owner very helpful and walks you through house on the phone upon arrival. Crab traps, swimming, kayaks, & fishing off pier kept my kids busy. Easy drive to Annapolis, Baltimore, & Washington DC.

House and host both perfect!!!!

Property was just as listed- absolutely beautiful house- great for Commissioning week with family- everyone commented “what a great house!!!” John (our house) went above & beyond prior to us arriving (answering my million and one questions) & ensuring we had everything we needed (I asked about camping chairs and a small cooler to watch the Blue Angels at USNA & John made sure we had them even buying 2 new chairs)-just WOW!!! Definitely understand why he has all 5 star ratings- thank you John for helping us have the perfect Commissioning Week experience!!!!!

Great Easter getaway

We booked a weekend Easter getaway to check out the area. The property is exactly as described. Probably even better. The owner has fantastic communication and was really kind. I wish I had more people with me to enjoy the beautiful home. We loved taking the kayaks out each morning and the neighbors were even really really friendly. We definitely recommend this. When the water is warmer, we will probably be back.

Amazing home on the water!

This was our second stay at this lovely home in Severna Park. John is a great host and the house is beautiful, clean & spacious. The great room is the perfect place for the family to gather, and has fantastic views of the water. It’s a great spot for family gatherings. We look forward to our next visit!
