Ce magnifique quatre chambres à coucher de quatre salles de bain maison à Arnold qui dort 10 est parfait pour se divertir pendant que vous êtes à Annapolis. Marcher dans la maison, vous serez accueilli par un plan d'étage grande avec planchers de bois franc. Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez des comptoirs en granit et appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable avec une gamme professionnelle. Tout au long de la maison, le style moderne se poursuit avec les chambres et salles de bains modernes et salle de lavage. En bas avec un grand salon; TV écran plat, Foosball, table à cartes, salle de cardio et un billard / table de billard. Outdoors vous sortez de grandes terrasses spacieuses avec salle à manger en plein air, un grand écran plat avec un coin salon, un bain à remous, une piscine, et un d'une sorte Tiki bar. Great place for a group stay

Spacious and Well Equipped

The home is very spacious and well equipped with a large outdoor area. Dan our host was very responsive and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this location for our son's wedding weekend. It was beautiful and spacious, and in a perfect location for both downtown Annapolis and Kent Island. Our family was able to relax and enjoy downtime by the pool and on the amazing deck. It was a wonderful gathering spot for the groomsmen who enjoyed the downstairs game room area. All in all, it far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it.gatgathering l

Great deck/pool area

We had a wonderful family vacation at this fun vacation home. There is a huge deck entertaining area and a large pool. Very nice neighborhood and very close to Annapolis.

Wonderful Stay

The property is beautiful with plenty of room and all available amenities. My granddaughter was in love with the outside area and of course, the pool!!! Everything was just as listed, and we spent a great deal of time enjoying the outside. Thank you Dan for your hospitality and always communicating during our stay. It was wonderful!!

Stayed for 4 nights. The house and grounds are fantastic.Unfortunately, we had a lot of reinsuring our stay and didn't get to make full use of the outdoor areas. The pool and fire pit looked like such fun! Highly recommend.

Comfortable home in beautiful neighborhood

A family crisis drew my family to Annapolis on very short notice. Dan immediately responded to my urgent request for a late night checkin. His home is spacious and the kitchen so well stocked. The back yard, hot tub and deck are lovely. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Thank you Dan.

The name says it all

This is much more than a well maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished home. It is truly an entertainment complex. There is something for everyone to enjoy at this house. Indoor/ outdoor amenities. Multiple locations where large format multimedia systems are installed, no need to negotiate what to watch on TV. HVAC is great -- quiet efficient - easy to control - excellent filltration system. Beds are comfy and large enough to prevent having to scoot around etc... Host is responsive , quick replies always. Tremendous value for the money. This house could be a destination in itself.

Great Stay

The property was just as described. The house was even more spacious than anticipated and the back deck and yard were awesome. With the heat, the pool was perfect and there is plenty of seating with many shade umbrellas. The house is located on a side street with very little traffic. There is a store and restaurants right around the corner and Annapolis and DC were just a short drive. Dan was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous pool and well furnished house. We came with a little family group and it was perfect but I’m guessing you could have a much larger gathering and this place has it all.

Hidden treasure

This home was the perfect getaway and meeting place for family and friends to come together! The place was clean, spacious, and fun! Honestly the pictures do not do this home justice! The house even had baby gates to help baby proof for my 2 year old!

Such a fun house!!!

From the time I began the booking process to the moment we were checking out, the entire experience was nothing short of spectacular. This home was perfect for my family of 6! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - with the pool, awesome backyard setting, pool table, video game, etc. there was no reason to leave. And Dan, the owner, was awesome. Always checking in on us through messaging on the app and always extremely responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Relaxing Family Getaway

The house was comfortable and quiet. The outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for, spacious and relaxing. The very well decorated home was not the most young kid and toddler friendly. Other than that caveat, I recommend the home for a relaxing trip with close access to Annapolis and all it’s offerings.

Beautiful House with lots to do

This house was a great base of operations to meet with family local to the area as well as visit Annapolis and DC. We enjoyed the use of the downstairs playroom as well as the hot tub and firepit. The well appointed kitchen let us prepare a meal for all our relatives. Check in and communication were easy, and check out terms were reasonable. All in all we had a great time! P.S. The kids loved the laundry chute.

Fantastic home

We had an amazing time. This house is set up for great gatherings, inside and out. Beautiful decks, lots of seating and very private yard. Downstairs is set up for movie viewing, playing games and just having a good time. Comfortable for our entire group and a small birthday party. Highly recommend !

A Most Enjoyable Stay

The home and property were exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the games (Buck Hunter, foosball, etc.) in the finished basement. Had we been able to stay longer, I'm sure we would have used the Cardio Room (treadmill, Peloton, weights, etc.). Our host was very kind to let us enjoy some liquid refreshments that were left over from a BBQ he had the night before we arrived. Overall a most enjoyable stay.

Perfect for an extended family gathering!

We hosted a small family reunion here & it was perfect! Very comfortable and spacious! A well-stocked kitchen, , and all the amenities offered something for everyone…swimming, the hot tub, hanging at the fire pit, as well as indoor games like pool and a workout room. We really enjoyed our stay!
