Super endroit local où séjourner lors de la visite de la région d'Annapolis. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel sécuritaire avec parking gratuit. Nous sommes à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et de la baie de Chesapeake et à quelques minutes en voiture de la United States Naval Academy. Notre espace est super propre, super spacieux et super confortable! Patti Family Annual Cousins Christmas Weekend

The property was very nice. It felt so homey. Clean and nicely appointed, even decorated for Christmas! In 2 short days ther was so much laughter and memories made! We would definitely recommend this home for a family stay!and memories made!

Felt like home as soon as we walked in...except it was CLEANER than home :-) Comfortable, spacious, well-stocked. Hosts were attentive & quick to answer messages. Great experience!

Awesome house!

We were in Annapolis for a wedding and we had 14 members of our family coming from all over. The house was perfect and the host could not have been more accommodating It was a quick 14 minutes to downtown Annapolis and there were a number of small stores 1/2 mile from the house. My only regret was that we did not book an extra day to just enjoy the house and the area. .

Family vacay

Our children and granddaughters spent a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was clean, extremely comfortable and the billiard game room was a big hit with our family! It was truly a wonderful home as well as a perfect location for activities, restaurants and shopping. Thank you to our very responsive hosts!

Wonderful Christmas

Family from 6 states gathered for Christmas at Jean and Joe's, and it could not have been better. We enjoyed staying in, walking and visiting Annapolis and Baltimore. The house was great for games, big meals, sleeping in, staying up late and just relaxing. Thanks, Jean and Joe!

Navy game

Enough beds for 11 guys to sleep separately and comfortably in the house. Some convenient stores nearby to pick up coffee, sandwiches, and adult beverages nearby for a tailgate at USNA. Only issue we had was getting easy access to TV stations to watch MLB playoff on Friday night. Neighbors were friendly. Let us park our fifth car on the street next to their house on Saturday. Nice house, great stay. very clean.

Family Memories

The house was perfect for our family; we had room to spread out. It was well-maintained with all the amenities advertised. Our hosts were responsive to our texts. Even though the weather did not cooperate (rainy and chilly), it was great fireplace weather! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Annapolis stay, and we recommend this house to all.

Perfect!

The owners went all out to make sure their house was clean and comfortable for our family reunion of 13 people. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location - quiet cul de sac with quick access to major roads. Nice backyard with pleasant path through woods behind it. The house and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend it for large gathering.

Perfect for travel lacrosse families

We had 8 adults and 4 kids (4 families) and there was ample room to spread out. We really enjoyed the screened porch and appreciated the fact that it is so convenient and you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, ABC store and Rita’s. Very convenient to Kent Island fields and South River high school fields. We also visited Sandy Point State park and the boys enjoyed a float in the bay. Very easy to communicate with owners.

The house was awesome. Very big. Beautiful yard, deck and screened porch. Perfect for large groups. Location to Naval academy was excellent and the area the house is in very convenient. A must for large groups during commissioning week at the Academy.

Thanksgiving Gathering

Lovely house, plenty of room for a comfortable family gathering for a dozen people. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. We have stayed in other local homes for similar gatherings but this one was by far the most comfortable. Check out the historic Goshen Farm just a short walk away.

Senior Golf Trip

8 guys (6 retired) in 6 bedrooms + a basement game room with 2 bunk beds and a double. We weren't there much, other than to sleep, but a very nice house. The house rules we received after we provided each person's name, along with a description and the license plate for each vehicle, weren't a problem, but included a requirement to wash, and dry, all the towels and wash cloths, and the bed linens. We've all used VRBO and other sites, and were never required to do laundry. We started the towels and wash cloths in the washers, stripped the beds and put the sheets in the laundry rooms, before we left for our final round. Most of us were also surprised to see a security camera sighted on the back porch, that appeared to be operating (little lights flashing). Some of our guys asked if there were other cameras positioned in places we didn't notice. We wanted to suggest a separate trash can in the kitchen area for recycles. Everything went into the single trash can in the kitchen, then separated recyclables by hand when we took the trash out before leaving.

Excellent layout and location!

This property was excellent for our family to have a reunion. The main floor has many options for a large group to cook and visit. The downstairs was perfect for a family with kids and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make our group of 10 very comfortable. Both the Airport and Annapolis were close enough to visit. There are walking paths and a market close by. We really enjoyed our time and the hosts were terrific!

The house was enjoyable, fitted our needs neighbors were friendly. Shopping was near by. was clos

The house was clean, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids were happy with their bedroom with the bunk beds. Glad to have 2 washers and dryers. Enjoyed the living room where we were all able to congregate with the large couches. The bath rooms were great as were the bedrooms. The outside deck, and enclosed porch was great. Was happy with the upstairs washer and dryer right off the master bedroom. Glad to have a separate shower in our bedroom. Nice size kitchen , good working space there.. The neighbors were nice.

A house that leaves no one uncomforable.

This is a great, tidy, and clean home situated within 15 mins of shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. It had more than enough beds and all were comfortable. My friends and I would stay again for sure.

Lots of sleeping space

We were a group of family and friends ( 4 couples, 5 singles) in town for a graduation party and this house fit all of us comfortably. Living room area was very spacious. There is an adorable little screened In porch, and a nice deck area for sitting around and relaxing. Communication with home owner was easy and pleasant. This house is in a neighborhood area that is quant and quiet. We never even saw the neighbors. Almost a perfect home for a vacation. Only down falls that we experienced: One shelving unit in the kitchen area with fragile nik naks which made us nervous. Having to do the laundry ( towels and bedding) before we left the house.

Great location and great house.

The house is only minutes outside of Annapolis, close to highways and a bay beach. Also close by a small shopping area with a food store and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and located on a quiet cul de sac.. The owners were very responsive and helpful.
